I visited for the first time today and I am already looking forward to coming back. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the office — it is absolutely stunning and has a spa-like atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Dr. McClean and Madison took so much time during my consultation to really listen and talk through everything I could possibly want from my experience. I never once felt rushed — despite the office clearly being busy, I felt like their only patient. I had a treatment today to address old filler from a previous provider that hadn't resolved, and I can honestly say I felt no pain whatsoever. I felt completely pampered and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. I also picked up some great skincare products that I'm really excited to start using, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was for both the products and the treatment. I am genuinely excited to begin this journey and explore the positive changes that will help me feel more confident and love myself more. Dr Megan McClean is the best! She listens to your concerns and is so down to earth. I’m so happy with how much my face scar is improving with the laser treatments she recommended for me. I love how she tailored it to my individual needs. I can’t wait for my next treatment. Can’t recommend enough!

I have had a mole in my eyebrow that I did not love for as long as I can remember. No disrespect, I was just so sick of people (my family mainly) asking me questions about it - am I going to get it removed? Does it bother me? All truly invasive questions they should have never asked me if they weren’t planning to contribute to the moles removal. I digress. After much research, I went in for a consultation at Gateway Aesthetics and immediately felt better about my decision to remove it. The staff is amazing, the facilities are gorgeous, and Dr. Taylor truly knows what he’s doing! My case was a bit complicated due to the miles placement in my eyebrow, but he removed it without issue. I have very little scarring and two perfectly symmetrical eyebrows now. I am SO RELIEVED to walk through life now without that mole in my eyebrow. It sounds so silly but it truly gave me back my confidence and that my friends, is priceless. 5 stars for Dr. Taylor and his team!

Dr. McClean was amazing. I came in for a consultation for laser tattoo removal and she is so open, transparent and has a calm demeanor. I did not think I would decide so quickly to do the procedure but knew within a min of conversation that I trusted her and went ahead with the procedure. So happy with the results after just one treatment. She even saw a spot she didn’t get as strongly as she wanted on the first pass so went back and touched up! That is huge in my opinion and shows how thorough she is which is hugely appreciated. It shows she’s dedicated to giving the correct results and not just about getting more money out of a client—shows she has integrity. Thank you Dr. McClean! I’ll definitely be back for any additional treatments or more procedures.
