Me and my mom have been coming to Emilia for over 3 years and I could not brag more about her professionalism, attention to details and cozy atmosphere her and her team provides every time we enter her door. We have been recommending her services to everyone who compliments our beautiful brows! She trully is an artist and cares about her clients. I can't imagine going somewhere else who I would trust this much to microblade my eyebrows! Do not be intimidated if you do not speak Spanish, they have English speaking staff members who can help translate, this should not stop you from trying out their services! Excellent experience. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly before starting and answered all my questions with patience. Honestly, I felt no pain at all. She has amazing hands and truly knows what she’s doing. I had an appointment with Sidney, and she was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It was very clear she cares deeply about her work and her clients. That said, the overall scheduling system needs improvement. Despite having an appointment, there were frequent interruptions and additional clients being squeezed in, which created unnecessary stress for her and made it feel like scheduled time wasn’t fully respected. This isn’t fair to the staff or the clients who planned ahead. With better respect for appointment times and clearer boundaries, this place could be exceptional. Sidney deserves a system that supports her, not one that overwhelms her. They don't respect your time or patience.
