I Have been a patient of Dr. Crombie for several years and do not trust anyone else! she has not only been professional and informative, but also very supportive in every aspect. I will always recommend Dr. Crombie and her team when it comes to plastics!

Dr. Crombie has performed surgery on two of my kids after accidents. She did an excellent job on both surgeries and had great communication skills with children.

She is kind, caring, and engaged. Always actively present in her patients healing process, and making sure that everything is going well. She genuinely cares about the individuals she interacts with. She also has a great sense of humor, and her staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Crombie and wish I hadn't wasted my money. I went in for a breast fat graft after having had a breast reduction (from a different surgeon) several years prior that ended up being a bit smaller than I'd wanted. I didn't want implants, which I expressed from the initial conversation. I feel like her goal in the consultation appointment was to tell me whatever I wanted to hear in order for me to schedule surgery. She confidently told me she could accomplish my goals (1/2-1 cup size increase), without giving any reasonable expectations otherwise. She had me try on one implant size, acting like that was going to be the outcome, and even going so far as to say there might be too much fat that wouldn't be used. We discussed where the donor sites would be in this conversation. Minutes before surgery, she asks, "would you also want us to take fat from your legs?" and I hadn't considered that because we'd never discussed it up to that point, and she made me believe in the initial appointment that it wouldn't be necessary. Under pressure of being about to be wheeled into surgery, I said no because I hadn't had time to consider it. Post-op, Dr. C informed me that they'd been able to gather/inject LESS than 25% of the fat that she'd initially implied would be available. In my follow up, when I expressed disappointment over the results and not feeling that I was fully informed, she stated, "well, you didn't want us to take fat from your legs." As if it was my fault. In my second follow up, which Dr. C didn't bother to come to, her aid or whoever came in her place told me that my goal size was unrealistic without getting implants. I told her that Dr. C knew my size goal, knew I didn't want implants, and never once mentioned that to me. I again felt blamed for the lack of result. Anyway, several thousand dollars later, with almost no visible results, I very much regret wasting my money and putting my body through this. I just feel very lied to, deceived, and mistreated. Perhaps she didn't intend this, but the lack of expectation management, not telling me the full range of possible outcomes is a terrible approach for plastic surgery patients. In addition, the extremely unprofessional last-minute pre-surgery (significant decision, in my opinion) question, and the treatment in my post-op appointment was what prompted me to leave this review. TL;DR: I'd recommend avoiding this surgeon - anyone who doesn't give you a range of possible outcomes and honest expectations is too good to be true, and I just wish I'd known that from the get-go so I could have saved myself significant money and pain.

Just an overall awful experience the lack of care and the awful botched reconstructive surgery left me worse off than the breast cancer, chemo and radiation. There was no concern or care for the nerve damage, or concern on how to try to fix the capsulated implant. If you are looking to get reconstructive or implants done I’d suggest you find an actual surgeon who can perform this. Really horrible surgery scared for life. Really do your research on your surgeon before and ask former patients if possible because this will affect you the rest of your life and Dr. Crombie just wants to make a buck.
