I had a breast reduction 4 months ago on July 3rd, 2023. I am 53 I have wanted a breast reduction for years, but it wasn't a benefit for me until last year. When I met Dr. Austin I was automatically at ease. He made me feel really comfortable and put me at ease. Dr. Austin is an amazing surgeon and did an amazing job. I am so glad I had it done. If anyone is thinking about having a breast reduction or any plastic surgery, I highly recommend contacting Dr. Austin. I can't forget to mention how nice and inviting the staff is. Dr. Austins medical assistant Stephanie was awesome as well.

Had breast cancer. Dr. Austin and his team are amazing. Made me feel like they actually cared. While my body needed multiple surgeries due to treatments and unfortunate things that were unforgeable, this man showed up every time. Weather, time of day, it didn't ever stop him from being by my side and working on me and saving my life more than once. Out of all my doctors my plastic surgeon had the most compassion, and was with me through my entire battle and beyond. My cancer happened during covid and while the world was shut down and support people were not allowed to be with the patients. His team made me feel so supported. I cried, many times in there office and they professionally remained supportive and compassionate. If you need a doctor I highly recommend this office and Dr. Austin, nurse Stephanie. They are amazing and forever hold a special place in my heart. I wish they could teach/ lead other offices and doctors in the industry. It definitely nice to have a doctor take time to make sure you understand everything, and are HEARD ❤️🙏❤️❤️🙏

I started seeing Dr. Austin just over two years ago. As soon as you walk into his office , you are greeted with friendly, smiling faces. All the staff are so understanding. Right from the very beginning I found him to be a very caring and compassionate person. He worked with my surgeon to coordinate my double mastectomy so that he could put my spacers in at the same time, making it one surgery and not two. Each Surgery that he has performed for reconstruction, I couldn't have asked for better results. During each of my surgeries, he made sure my family was aware of all that was going on to keep them at ease and updated. If I had any type of issue outside of clinic hours, it was never the on-call doctor returning my calls. Dr. Austin was always the one calling me back to resolve my issue or answer any questions that I may have had. I never felt rushed in any of my appointments before or after surgery. He always made sure I had a full understanding of the procedures before I left his office. I have referred 2 of my friends to him that have also been diagnosed with breast cancer. They too are thrilled with their results and the care that they received. I have nothing but the best to say about him and his staff. Paris Mella-Wagner

My experience with Dr. Austin and his entire staff is beyond the 5 star rating. From the moment I started the process I felt peaceful and well-cared for. My procedure for a breast reduction couldn't have gone more smoothly. From the start with the insurance, FMLA paperwork for my employer, to the consultation, and then the surgery itself. By far the best experience in any health care forum I have ever encountered. My surgery went FABULOUSLY. All post-op appointments went well and the end result was outstanding. My primary physician even commented on the quality of Dr. Austin's work. I am one year out and everything from beginning to end was outstanding with Dr. Austin and his entire team. Thank you so much for your quality care.
