Shuhao Zhang, MD

I'm very excited to have major reconstructive surgery after over 100 pound weight loss. I am a week away and I've only met Dr Zhang once because his bedside manner is incredible and his reputation proceeds him. I'm very excited to have the surgery and I feel like I am in good hands. I will let you guys know postop how I am doing for now. I'm grateful for the positive reviews and the kind of staff from beginning to end. I have had nothing but joy and ease going on this journey.

Dr Zhang is an exceptional Dr. I am a breast cancer survivor and he made me look and feel incredible. He made a very difficult and emotional situation bearable with his calm demeanor and sense of humor. I highly recommend him and can’t say enough about him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️

Dr. Zhang was wonderful. He has a calming way with his patients. My case was an emergency do to radiation damage from breast cancer. He took me right away,explained everything which made my nerves under control. He did his best to keep pain under control came to check every day of my stay answered every question post surgery.Post office visits were just as imformative. However his assistant is Snotty unprofessional

Let me start by saying Dr. Zhang was the ONLY plastic Surgery Office that listened to me when I called and took the time to schedule an appointment to find out exactly what I was wanting done. All the other Plastic Surgery offices I called either put me on hold for a long time and never got back to me or I left a message an they never called me back. That being said, Dr Zhang and his team are the most compassionate and caring people. They were so wonderful during my surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zhang and his team for any plastic surgery you are wanting done. He takes the time to listen to what you are wanting done and recommends the best solution for you. The cost was very affordable. You'll be in great hands with Dr. Zhang!

I had a horrible experience with this doctor. Because of his carelessness and disregard for me as his patient, he cut off parts of my body without consulting me. I hope no one else has the misfortune of having him as their surgeon. I went in for a nipple sparing double mastectomy. Dr. Zhang read my pathology wrong and thought there was cancer under the nipple when there was not, and had told me there was no cancer. He "elected" to cut off both of my nipples, even on the cancer free side. He did all of this without first consulting me so that I could save the cancer free side. I went into surgery being told we were saving my nipples and woke up without them. Beware. Do not put yourself in his care. ETA: I cannot respond to Dignity Health, but I did file a grievance against the doctor already and received a response that they are doing absolutely nothing about it.
