Love the Doctors here, my daughter had been here as a young child due to chronic illness and has now returned as a teen for another surgery. They are so great with my daughter, are very professional and take you through procedures a step at a time.

My son had a appointment back in November on the 17th and was canceled through his doctor and was told that she would send out a referral to have be seen by a surgeon through UC Davis and I haven’t heard anything from any of them in months, I’ve been calling his ear doctor like crazy now for the past month and get sent to her assistant that never answers or calls back after leaving multiple voicemails and even marking them as urgent. We never had any problems like this until this happened and all I’m trying to do is find out what’s going on with my child ear. Definitely might have to go to a different location at this point

We had a very frustrating experience with Sacramento ENT. After our referral was approved by insurance, we called the clinic three times to schedule an appointment. Each time, we were told that they would call us back, but we never received a call. We waited about a month with no follow-up. When we called again, we were finally told that the earliest available appointment was in January 2017, even though we are currently in June 2016. That means a wait time of about 7 months just to be seen. The lack of communication and the long delay in scheduling made the process very difficult, especially since we had already spent time waiting for a response. I hope the clinic can improve its communication with patients and provide more transparent scheduling information upfront.

It has been over a month since I completed the sleep solution test. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and left several voice messages, but I have not received any response or update. The lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating and disappointing. Timely communication is important, especially when tests and next steps are involved. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen well below my expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made to prevent similar situations in the future.

I had a frustrating experience with the front desk regarding scheduling. I was told multiple times on different days that my notes were missing, even my primary doctor re-sent them. The front desk did not seem to check the updated chart notes. However, once I was connected with the patient coordinator today, the notes were located and my appointment was scheduled. The administrative process was very difficult, but the coordinator was helpful.
