I have immense gratitude for Dr. Kaplan and her amazing team at Kaiser! I always felt supported and heard, and my mind put at ease, during one of the most challenging times in my life. Because Dr Kaplan is a responsive and extremely knowledgeable surgeon, I always felt I was in the most capable and skilled of hands!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Kaplan and her team. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and completely at ease. Dr. Kaplan took the time to truly understand my goals, explain every detail of the procedure, and set realistic expectations-something I deeply appreciated. The care I received before, during, and after my breast reduction surgery was exceptional. The entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I always felt like I was in the best possible hands. Let it also be known that Dr. Kaplan is an artist. Her results are incredible in both appearance and proportion, and the attention to detail is truly remarkable. I met Dr. Kaplan two weeks post tummy tuck, ab repair, breast lift and implant swap that was done in Tijuana. I had complications (infection in stomach and left breast and my incision opened.I required a 6 day hospitalization, several rounds of IV Antibiotic and a wound vac. Almost a month post op I had to remove my left breast implant. I was followed by Dr. Kaplan for my wound care and ultimately my implant replacement. While I found all of her counterparts to be cold, judgmental and arrogant she was not. She was always a straight shooter, set realistic expectations while giving me hope, appeared empathetic even if she too felt I was an idiot for the Tijuana surgery, and was incredibly responsive. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful plastic surgeon with bedside manner of a hospice RN. Friday 4/18 she replaced my left breast implant after 3 months of only having one breast. I’m not even 24 hours post op but incredibly satisfied with my care and results. Again I found every other Plastic Surgeon or PA I met from her office to be borderline rude and incredibly arrogant, with the exception of PA Denise Bradley and she too was wonderful. Kaplan and Bradley were my dream team and I’m incredibly grateful for their care and support.
