I know hard to believe at my age my first surgery! Other than the information from my Doc, the surgery team plus what ever I found on the googler I did not have much to go on. My experience was - amazing! The team in suite 201 made me feel I was the only getting surgery. From the admin staff, the pre opt team along with the post opt team I was in excellent hands. Let me not forget to give a big thanks to Dr. Roberts and his team. I thank all who were involved in my care.

My experience with the Greater Sacramento Surgery Center was fantastic. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses, were all very kind and professional. The phone calls I received from them were very clear and professional. I've exchanged emails that have been addressed immediately. I loved the nurses that tended to me. I never felt like I was waiting for anything, they moved smoothly from one step to the next and I always felt so comfortable and CALM. I'm very happy that my surgeon works with this center! Wonderful staff.

My Mom had colonoscopy done in this center. Positive Experience: 1. Upon confirmation of my Mom's procedure over the phone, clerk helped obtain a necessary document from my Mom's healthcare provider. 2. All the 3 nurses that took care of my Mom were all very caring and efficient. 3. Anaesthesiologist and doctor were both kind and polite. 4. The nursing staff was friendly. Negative Experience: 1. Check-in clerk wasn't friendly, which made the check-in process felt long and uncomfortable.

The mens restrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor was filthy. Last week I had a colon exam. My appointment went okay. But the men restrooms was awful. Trash cans was overwhelmingly over filled, with piles of used paper towels piled up on the floor in front of the small trash bins. Both restrooms had no hand soap or hand sanitizer been refilled. On the 1st floor 1 toilet was clogged up to the top with human bloody waste, mixed in with toilet paper filled to the top. The handicapped stall had human waste on the floor, all over the toilet sit. The smell was awful once you put the code in an opened the door. 2nd floor restroom was just as filthy. Dr. Davidson office over scheduled people. My colon exam was at 12 noon. But I was not seen until 3pm. During the time I waited I seen no one checking the restrooms. When I told one of the secretary. I was brushed off and no one went to check my claim. I didn't understand. Cause the office is known to be doing colon exams why wasn't the restrooms checked on a hourly basis. I hope I'm dead in 10 years so I want have to go back for a 2nd colon appointment at that building.

The post op/discharge nurse assigned to me had zero empathy or bedside skill. His answer was "I'm an rn, you're fine." Chose another facility if you can.
