Easy to check in, and they meet or exceeded all of the initial time estimates. Good pain management,. Only complaint was that it took almost 2 hours to get wheelchair transport to go home.

As a person bringing a patient here, I felt so uncomfortable. Not welcoming at all, was never told how long the procedure would be or what to expect, and the staff member that leads visitors back was rude and not good at communicating. Also, they changed the procedure time earlier than what it was originally scheduled for, with very little notice. This experience makes me never want to go here if I ever need surgery done.

I went today for my pre-surgical test. I've never seen a place so incompetently run in my life!! I had my phone interview on Monday when they made an appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon. So I purposely went into work early today so I wouldn't have to take time off to make the appointment. So I arrive around 2:45 and to start off with they didn't even have my name on the list of appointment for the day!! I mean really!?! I was not the only person there in the same boat there were others. So finally they get me checked in and then I have to sit for an hour because they forgot about me. It wasn't until 4:15 when the person who checked me in saw I was still sitting there and she went back and said something that they finally did the test. The guy who did the test and talked with me seemed totally put out that he had to actually do his job. Again from top to bottom this hospital seems to be run by some of the most incompetent people!! At least I know that the surgeon performing the surgery know what he's doing, is very professional, and on top of things!!
