Dr. Armenia made me comfortable. The surgery was painless and the conversation interesting. Well, I remember having a great conversation at the time but I don't remember it now. The miracle of anesthesia. All said he did a great job. I recommend him.

I showed up desperate for help after enduring constant pain, worsening symptoms, and the emotional toll of a failed graft surgery that had been performed while my eye was still actively infected. From the moment I walked through the doors, Amy immediately recognized how much pain and distress I was truly in and compassionately made sure I was seen first thing the very next morning. Amy and Maya treated me with genuine compassion, empathy, patience, and dignity during one of the hardest periods of my life. They made me feel cared about as a person — not just another patient walking through the door. Then I had the absolute blessing of meeting Dr. Sean P. Mogan. After almost a year of praying for a doctor who would truly listen, care, and remember why they entered medicine in the first place, I finally found one. Dr. Mogan took the time to listen to me, evaluate my condition thoroughly, address my concerns seriously, and most importantly, make me feel seen and heard after months of feeling dismissed and forgotten. For nearly a year, I had been living in constant severe pain while my eye condition continued to deteriorate because of prolonged delays, failed care, misdiagnoses, and physicians I trusted who ultimately did not help me when I needed them most. I was emotionally drained, physically exhausted, and beginning to lose hope that I would ever feel relief again. When I left my appointment Tuesday after seeing Dr. Mogan, it was the first time in eleven months that I genuinely felt relief and hope. I became emotional walking out of that office because for the first time in so long, I felt like God had finally answered my prayers and guided me to the right place and the right doctor. What meant the most to me was finally feeling like I found a physician who genuinely cares about helping me heal completely and who I truly believe will continue helping me until I am fully recovered. Dr. Mogan gave me back hope that I honestly thought I had lost. After my very first visit, I finally felt like I had found a true Godsend in Dr. Mogan, and moving forward, I honestly would not trust anyone else with my care. If you are looking for a physician who is compassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding, and truly listens to and advocates for their patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Sean P. Mogan and Rochester Oculoplastic Consultants highly enough. This office reminded me what healthcare is supposed to be. To anyone currently struggling, suffering, scared, or feeling unheard by the medical system — continue to fight and advocate for yourself. Do not give up. God hears your prayers even when you feel lost and exhausted. In my case, I truly believe it was prayers, my St. Anthony statues, and my Grandma Chiodo guiding me exactly where I needed to be that Monday morning. I will forever be grateful to Rochester Oculoplastic Consultants, Amy, Maya, and especially Dr. Sean P. Mogan for their compassion, professionalism, and humanity during one of the darkest times in my life.

Dr. Morgan was very professional and friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me about the recommended procedure that I would need. The office staff was wonderful. I live an hour away and I needed a test done. They were able to do it right away so I wouldn't have to come back another day. Getting the procedure scheduled was very easy. It was all done in the same visit. All questions and concerns that I had regarding insurance and preparation for the procedure were answered. I highly recommend going here. Everyone was wonderful.
