Andrea is awesome. She is able to assess my features and knows precisely what to do to get me the pick me up look I am looking for. Additionally, she has a photographic memory; she is able to provide me feedback as to how my previous work is holding up. Highly recommend Her!

As a first time client of the Q I was very impressed by the way I was greeted. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful and clean. My tech was very good at explaining all that was being done and explaining the length of time it takes to complete the procedure and the after care as well. The supervisor who over sees my tech was excellent at giving instructions and feedback to my tech in a professional way and my tech as having those teaching moments was very receptive of her help and guidance and I as the client I felt very confident and comfortable during my procedure that my tech knew what she was doing and would ask questions along the way and I thought that was excellent and she wasn’t afraid to ask anything as that’s how people get to do their jobs proficiently. I would highly recommend my friends to come here. Thank you Andrea for the Amazing treatments your gentle and calming services are appreciated. The service was amazing! I worked with injector Andrea LoTurco and she was great. She was very supportive, easy to talk too and explained everything about the process which made me feel very comfortable! I was beyond impressed with the results. I had a lip flip before at a different spa and I truly was more satisfied with my lip flip at Q Med Spa. 10/10!

I placed my order almost a week ago and still has not yet received any tracking information. I also downloaded SHOP app to track my order as recommended by Q hair and still no order updates. Unable to call customer service, you must down load what's app. Too difficult to just place an order. I would never recommend.
