It is made a huge change in my overall health and they make sure you always qualify for the procedures by doing blood tests when needed. This company has the worst communication. Don’t bother booking an appointment online. Nobody checks it and nobody follows up, So therefore, there is no appointment. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails with no return calls. I just called and waited 15 minutes for someone to come on the line and still she transferred me leave another voicemail. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, I have Kaiser Permanente and this is where they make you go.
