Dr. Stein is very talented. I am very pleased with my revision rhinoplasty. I had a primary Rhinoplasty with a different surgeon 10 years prior. I met with Dr. Stein about realistic expectations to consider with a revision and he was very helpful in helping me decide to move forward with the revision. I highly recommend his team from start to finish, it was seamless and comfortable and I’m happy I chose to move forward! Happy with my results!

I had deviated septum for years but I always been hesitant about getting it corrected until I found Dr Stein at stein plastic surgery, with over thirty years of experience doing rhinoplasty/septoplasty,I was so convinced and finally decided to get it done. Stuff was amazing and professional, surgery went good and I finally breath normal without sleep disturbance.my profile also looks perfect just as agreed on during consultation! I definitely made the right decision and I Highly recommend Dr stein.

I am 6 weeks postop from a revision rhinoplasty and lip lift by Dr. Stein (I had two previous rhinoplasties done by a different surgeon). Although I still have swelling, the results have already far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Stein has an exceptional eye for this and gave me a more feminine appearance, he also improved my breathing, and made my lip lift noticeable but natural looking. I ‘ve gotten so many compliments. On post op day 9 I had an allergic reaction to something at night and wasn’t sure if it would affect my recovery, I called his emergency after hours cell and he answered immediately. The pre and post care instruction packet was very thorough and detailed, as was the RN who discussed the packet with me. I felt confident in his surgical ability, his entire staff. and with my safety as his patient. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Stein.

He is not knowledgeable about recent advancements in facial plastic surgery and does not want to learn. He is not open to researching and implementing newer facial rejuvenation techniques, most notable being facial fat transfer. He said he has not had good experiences with it in the past and will not even consider it now. There are newer, and now common, techniques to successfully complete a fat transfer with over 90% fat viability. He said that he knows what works well for him and will not deviate, so if you're looking for a deep plane facelift on a vertical vector, or any other recent advancements, do not go here. I had a consultation with this surgeon because, on the Realself site, he did not charge a consultation fee. When I booked the appointment online, it required $100 to complete the booking. I figured when I go there and tell them it says 'free' on RealSelf, they would refund that money TO HONOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. When I had the appointment, my patient coordinator, Jenny told me that it would have been free if I'd called for the appointment. Online appointments default to charge $100, regardless of their promises. I assumed she would refund the $100 then, knowing I contacted them because of the free consultation, but they will not. Since then, they've added information on this site about needing to call to make the appointment, which was not there before (see attachment).
