I was excited and nervous when I went to Dr. Schrader for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a direct eyebrow lift for eyebrows that had become asymmetrical in appearance. Ridiculous operation. I visited their office more than a month ago. They were supposed to get me on schedule for septoplasty and also follow up with insurance for coverage on cosmetic component. But never heard after a month. They neither put me on the schedule for surgery nor followed up with the insurance. Upon calling for an estimate after a month they did not call back for a week. They are running extremely inefficient operation. Stay miles away. I would give zero star if I could
