I was referred to Dr.Kim by my oncology surgeon for desired breast reconstruction related to breast cancer surgery. At my initial appointment, Dr. Kim was pleasant and thoroughly explained the different methods for reconstruction based on the type of surgery I would be having. His explanation was very clear and he answered all my questions. I ended up having a bilateral skin sparing mastectomy and in pre op, he again was very thorough in explaining exactly what the plan was and what would take place during that surgery. During my post op period I developed a complication and he was very quick to identify and intervene. He was always very prompt in responding to my messages on my health and reassuring me as well as answering all my questions. When the time came for reconstructive surgery, he again was excellent about explaining everything and making sure that I was happy with the end result. I am very pleased with my results after reconstruction and with my care from Dr. Kim, and I would highly recommend choosing him as your provider.

I highly recommend Dr Kim.They very patiently answered all of my concerns and questions. Carefully explaining all of my options. From day one, I new I was in the right place. Under their capable hands I received the best care. There were a few times when I needed assistance beyond my scheduled appointments. Every time I reached out, my concerns were promptly addressed, including over weekends. Often times, Lisa Anderson, PA was the person who followed through, keeping Dr Kim abreast of what was happening all along. She was always reassuring and encouraging and was an important part of my recovery. Additionally, the first person you come in contact with is Aidan, the front desk coordinator. He was pleasant, kind and professional. The decision to have surgery takes thoughtful consideration. I made the right decision in choosing Dr Kim and couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to them I have a better quality of life.

Always have a Board-Certified Hand Surgeon do your hand surgery. He/she should have done a Hand Fellowship and even a Sub-Specialty in Hand Surgery. You can google a list.

Worst doctor ever, not only did he fail to explain the procedure completely he failed to mention that his experience was not adequate, being a hand surgeon and taking a bonus class to take on plastic surgery cases is not something to learn on the job. People expect quality when it comes to cosmetic/ medical breast surgery he’s clearly the worst surgeon in the business. To top it off when I got an infection he dropped the ball and ignored me put be on an antibiotic,but when that didn’t help I was forced to go to the ER to get help. Weeks later, appointments missed and him nor his office ever reached out. Because of him 5 more procedures where done at a later time by someone else to fix all his mistakes
