Dr Hansen is an outstanding physician, surgeon and educator. Her reputation and care for her patients is beyond dispute. I have had a number of surgeries as well as a serious illness where she was integral in my care and recovery. She does many types of plastic and reconstructive surgery from the most serious injury or birth defect related to cosmetic. She IS indeed highly in demand and very busy. Worth waiting for in both her skill and humanity.

Juliana is a wonderful doctor and person. She is not judgmental at all and really cares about her patients. I read some of the other reviews and I have to disagree about her not taking time to meet with her patients. She is in high demand and also teaches. She is only in clinic once or twice a week and that is the reason she is months out. She is worth the wait. Very sweet and really works hard to make her patients achieve confidence in themselves.

Dr. Hansen is very skilled in what she does. She performed one of my two surgeries in January 2017, and my scars look wonderful only 4.5 months later. She's very friendly as well. The picture I've attached is my 4 month post op double mastectomy with nipple resizing/grafts.

Awful experience, from start to finish this doctor displayed incredibly unprofessional and bullying behavior. I came in to discuss an autoimmune disorder that affects my skin, my appointment should’ve covered options for my skin disorder treatment hs and a possible breast reduction which is in conjunction with my skin disorder. What I got instead was fat shamed and bullied, here are a few of the things that was said to me. “i’m sure people of your size snack a lot.” “people of your large size don’t understand that they really don’t need to eat hardly anything” “people of your size don’t understand caloric intake and when you’re full, you’re full.” “people of your excessive size don’t know when to stop eating.”. She then went on to say that I didn’t know what I want to do with my own breasts and said to “give it 5 years, you’ll start to love them.” when in actuality I’ve been sure of what I want to do with my breasts since I was the age of 12. She dehumanized me and most certainly did not make me feel welcome, she has a preconceived notion on heavier people. she saw me as a number on the scale and not as a person.
