He treated me with respect and gave me the courage I needed to take the big step to a more comfortable life! My only regret is that I waited so long. Dr. Gilson and his staff are truly incredible.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about not just Dr.Gilson but his ENTIRE team. From the receptionist, to Tammy, to his surgical team, to Dr. Gilson himself - the bedside manner is just next to none. Sometimes I lay in bed wondering what surgery I can have next just to see everyone 😂 In November 2024 after losing 127 pounds I had an abdominal plasty with muscle wall repair, breast lift, lipo suction and a monspubic lift with lipo as well, day of surgery everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. My favorite moment was when I woke up, I asked Dr. Gilson "am I skinny yet" and with a chuckle he said "you are as you would say - snatched." Honestly my favorite moment. I am a bit of a perfectionist and had some loose skin in the upper stomach area after everything healed and settled that I wasn't happy with, Dr.Gilson never once shamed me, or tried to bullying me into being happy with the results. He listened, and turns out- neither was he! December 2025 I had more lipo and a vertical incision done to remove some more loose skin. I'm almost 6 weeks post op now and I am just so happy and blown away by Dr. Gilson's technique(literally flawless) I am flat! For the first time ever I am so happy (maybe a bit obsessed) with my body, I can't stop looking at it! Dr. Gilson, thank you for giving me a chance to love my body and finally be happy to see myself in a mirror.

I had an unexpected facial injury that required stitches, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been treated by Dr. Gilson. From the moment I stepped into his care, I knew I was in expert hands. Dr. Gilson was not only highly professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and attentive. He took extra care to ensure my scarring would be as minimal as possible, and the precision in his stitching was phenomenal—far beyond what you'd expect from the average doctor. His expertise was immediately evident. What stood out just as much as his skill was his bedside manner. He made me feel completely at ease during the procedure and continued to check in and offer support afterwards. He shared so much helpful information about how to care for my stitches and the healing process, which really gave me confidence and peace of mind. I also want to highlight how wonderful the front office coordinator, Anna, was throughout the entire experience. She was incredibly receptive to the urgency of my situation and went to great lengths to accommodate me quickly. Her warmth and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Between Dr. Gilson’s exceptional surgical skills and comforting personality, and Anna’s top-tier support and responsiveness, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m deeply grateful and would recommend Dr. Gilson and his team without hesitation.

I don’t think I need to repeat how Dr Gilson’s bedside manner is as mentioned in previous reviews but indeed he is very kindhearted and personable. I’ve taken care of his post op patients and all the patients are grateful to have chosen him as their surgeon. He is very approachable and honest even from a nursing standpoint which is all the reasons why I chose to visit him as well. I can say as a patient and staff seeing his work, he’s worth meeting if you have been pondering about undergoing a procedure.

Dr. Gilson performed a procedure on me. He was so Great. His bedside manner was the best I had ever seen. When I started having some issues, he met me at his office so I did not have to go to the Emergency Room. I truthfully would recommend him to anyone for plastics. You will not regret it!!!
