I saw Dr. Russell for a consultation and Dr. Martinelli for MOHS surgery. Both doctors were very kind and caring and took time to answer all my questions. Dr. Martinelli called to check on me later in the day after the surgery, and I had his cell phone number for any concerns that came up after hours. Dr. Martinelli did an excellent job on the incision for minimal scarring, and the scar is healing nicely. Veronica was also very kind when assisting with the surgery.

This skin surgery center is the best in Texas! Dr. Russell, the nurses, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their patients. The office even provides patients with the doctor’s personal phone number to reach out after hours, and They will personally call to check on you after the surgery. I’ve never seen a doctor’s office like this before!

Dr. Russell and staff were excellent and genuinely caring. They all took the time to explain everything ahead of time in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. I never felt rushed and was able to get all questions answered which put me at ease.

Dr. Martinelli and his staff are amazing! I had 2 small procedures done, Dr. Maetinelli called me personally a few hours later to check on me, and provided his personal cell phone number in case there were problems after hours. His nurses and receptionist staff were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend Texas Skin Surgery!

I had a five-star experience at Texas Skin Surgery Center. From scheduling my procedure, stitch removal, and follow-up. The doctor, nurses, and reception were all very pleasant to interact with. I would go back if needed and recommend to others.
