I feel most the negative reviews are for payment issues. My overall experiance was great. Check in was simple. The nurse took me back quickly. All the nurses were very nice. The surgery was quick and painless. I would return to this facility.

Ashley greeted us at the reception desk and calmly told us what was needed and the next steps. I then had time to observe her greet and instruct several people who were also there to await surgery. Ashley was consistently cordial, professional, engaging and welcoming. I noticed she made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. 5 starts to Ashley!!! Thank you! I could tell this was a team that works well together to increase efficiency while enjoying their work.

Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. I'm not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

Upon check-in we noticed some super outdated info on the forms. Tried to correct it but was given confusing info on ways to correct it in their system. Still haven’t rectified it completely yet. Now, about the center. Once we shrugged off the incorrect info, we waited for the personnel to call me back for my procedure. They were extremely careful to get my name, allergies, other medical info correct. They made sure the IV could be done appropriately by actually listening to me when I said, "Watch out for IV infiltration!" They did watch out, it did happen, and they stopped that IV. Then they put in a new one in a different spot. At other places, I've had it where they do not listen, and then I've gotten cellulitis and other problems. So again, these people actually cared! And listened! My procedure went fine, the doc briefly said what's up, and the staff made sure I had transportation home. The facility is clean, well run, and very busy. Seems like they have it figured out. I've been here a couple times now for different things, and other than paperwork stuff, they are on their A game.

I had cataract surgery here on March 3, 2025. Initially, I was told two different amounts for the surgery. However, I opted for a payment plan to see what my insurance would cover. The surgery went well, and I was informed that I would be in a stupor, but I was fully conscious and coherent throughout the procedure. I paid the remaining balance in full on March 31, and I was informed that the payment plan would be removed. On May 3rd, almost $700 (the amount I would have paid through the payment plan) was debited from my account. The office was closed on the weekend, so I called first thing on Monday to inquire about the refund. I was informed that it had been refunded and that I needed to give it until Thursday, May 8. However, when Thursday arrived, I still had not received the refund. I called back and was given a rather unsatisfactory excuse, claiming that it was like payroll and could be processed as soon as Friday. Unfortunately, it’s now Friday, and I still have not received the refund. I repeated my calls and requested the refund, but I was told that my bank (Chase) had received it. I contacted Chase directly, and they informed me that they had no record of any pending refund. Despite several calls back and forth, a week has passed, and I am still out $700. This experience has left me beyond frustrated and disappointed, as I had expected a more efficient and timely refund process.
