Dr Matter and the assisting nurse were awesome. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and the care felt thoughtful and personal. The office was well run, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for excellent dermatology care.

Seeing Dr. Susanne Lockhart feels like getting concierge-level care. I’ve visited her several times, and I can’t recommend her practice enough. Each visit has been outstanding from beginning to end. Dr. Lockhart is a skilled dermatologist who truly cares about her patients. She always takes time to answer my questions, explains things clearly, and goes over all the treatment options without ever making me feel rushed. I feel listened to and respected at every appointment. She pays close attention to detail and has noticed things that other dermatologists have missed. Her treatment plans have worked very well for me. What makes her different is how she treats each patient as an individual, tailoring her care to each person’s needs rather than using the same approach for everyone. Her assistant also does a great job making every visit easy and pleasant. She keeps things organized so appointments run on time and paperwork is completed quickly. She’s always friendly and greets patients by name, which makes the office feel welcoming. Whether it’s scheduling follow-ups, answering questions, or helping with insurance, she handles everything with care and professionalism. She and Dr. Lockhart work closely together to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Dr. Lockhart and her assistant have created a practice that goes beyond regular medical care. After just a few weeks of treatment, I saw much clearer skin and fewer flare-ups, which made me trust their approach even more. I had been doing to Lockhart Matter for routine skin checks. They noticed a small spot on my shoulder that wasn’t “right”. We decide to biopsy the spot, with 3 days I had results, 1 week later I had a consultation, and 2 weeks later I had Mohs surgery to remove the cancer. From start to finish I was so pleased with the staff, the care, the facilities, the explanations, and mostly physicians! It was a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend

I have been a long-term patient of Dr. Lockhart’s, so I can recommend her and her Staff as top-notch. I also had aesthetic treatments that are amazingly effective! Some scary moles turned out to be not harmful, lots of skilled freezing goin’ on! Just a wonderful office, I have used Plano & Prosper offices. We are so lucky to have Dr. Lockhart and Team in our part of Texas!!!

The office staff was helpful and very nice. Wait time was minimal. The staff assisting Dr. Matter listened to my concerns and were very professional. And, as usual, Dr. Matter was wonderful - noted my concern and set a plan of action. I will and have recommended the practice to many people!
