Today I had an amazing experience during my first visit with Dr. Lam. He was genuinely engaged with my concerns, medical history, and overall journey with Bell’s Palsy. Dr. Lam took the time to explain each step of the process in detail and provided a thorough understanding of the procedure, which made me feel confident and well-informed. His medical assistant, Ruby, was phenomenal, patient, reassuring, and equally informative throughout the visit. Her calm and attentive approach truly enhanced the experience. I am very satisfied with my first round of injections and feel optimistic moving forward under their care. I highly recommend Dr. Lam and his team for their professionalism, compassion, and exceptional patient care.

I’m so thankful for this extraordinary human being, savant, academic teacher, and compassionate caregiver. I met Dr. Lam 18 years ago , and found him exquisitely curious, with the desire to improve the lives of his patients, and his brutally honest approach —to find individual solutions tailored to each person . Dr. Lam has no equal. I reached out to seek cosmetic support, after losing my husband and son. Dr. Lam gently advised me to fix the grief that stymied my life, and shared his breakthrough treatment for traumatic loss, rape, kidnapping , anxiety, grief, depression. He’s helped many people all over the country. I immediately drove 7 hours for his next available appointment. The treatment consists of multi injections similar to acupuncture—( he cautioned it hurts- for me, it did not). Immediately, I felt untangled with a profound sense of relief and peace. I’m looking forward to a new start, the ability to move forward, with the support of a physician who truly cares about the people he treats. As a scientist, a psychological researcher, I seek the truth, based on my faith —and an open mind to possibilities unexplored. One final word, don’t give up, there is hope with this brilliant physician.

I was referred to Dr. Lam from another provider and have been blown away with his treatment for my facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Prior to seeing Dr.Lam I was experiencing complete facial paralysis of the left side of my face that did not resolve after my other Ramsay symptoms went away. I had tried several other treatments and had seen little to no results. Dr. Lam was able to restore movement to my face after just one treatment and after three treatments I am almost completely back to symmetry. Every part of the experience was exceptional, and Ruby and the rest of Dr Lam’s staff are all exceptional. My only regret is waiting a couple of months to get in and wish I had started it sooner! I am beyond thrilled with the results and will be seeing Dr. Lam for all of my facial treatments going forward.

My experience at Dr Lam was mind blowing! I barely was able to walk in due to some unexpected issues regarding my back, which I had never experienced. I was going to have a fusion, but my friend took me to Dr Lam! Dr Lam gave me my 1st treatment and I walked out of there like I had no issues 30 mins prior to walking in. Dr. Lam performed a lip reduction on me and he was quick and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant and all of the staff was excellent, especially Ruby! I will definitely be returning for any future procedures.
