Derrick Plastic Surgery

My weight loss surgeon helped me find Dr. Derrick and it’s been a year since my initial consultation and 2 surgeries later with him. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found Dr. D and his wonderful staff, who put patients at the foremost. Dr. D helps you understand the process to get to your goals/ expectations. Which sometimes has to be done in stages and he explains this in great detail. If you have 1 or 12 questions Dr. D and Katie make sure to give you the time needed to answer your questions and to make you feel comfortable. Plastic surgery isn’t easy but in Dr. D hands along with his staff my journey is easier than I ever imagined. PS: Special shout out to Lola, who’s known to greet you with all her cuteness.

I had a lower face and neck lift on November 4, 2025. I scheduled with Dr. Chase Derrick as he had patched my face up after a fall several years ago. He did a miraculous job so he was my go to guy! Love him and love his staff. His wife is precious! I live in Galveston so I stayed with a relative in Dallas for a week. My surgery went well and when I was going home that day it did not look bad/scary at all like I have seen on TikTok. Tubes removed two days later. Not much pain at all. Staff checked in with me daily. I think I look 10 years younger! So pleased with my new smooth natural face!

My gf and I went to about 4 different Drs before visiting with Dr Derrick for a consultation. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how friendly everyone was. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with wonderful smiles hellos and a tail wag 🐶. You walk in and don’t feel like just a client you feel like family! My gf was super nervous but we were brought into our room and greeted by the amazing miss katie! Katie from the consultation to the day of surgery was so amazing making my gf feel so comfortable and at ease through every step! Dr Derrick was super amazing aswell. Very informative and attentive to our concerns and questions. Out of all of the drs we had consultations with Dr Derrick made me as the bf the most comfortable. I’m so glad we waited to visit with Dr Derrick and chose him as our Dr. miss Katie I don’t think you understand how much of a help you where to my gf through the whole process. We went with Dr derricks recommendation and just a week post op my gf looks AMAZING!! I can’t thank Dr Derrick and his team enough!!!

Dr. D. and his surgical staff at the Plano facility are so friendly and compassionate. They immediately made me comfortable, and made surgery day easy-peasy. Between their on-site instructions, Dr. D’s amazing surgical skills, and Katie’s follow-up check-ins, I was very prepared and comfortable throughout my recovery. Dr. D and his team have all earned a special place in my heart for delivering such greats results and for helping me gain the confidence I had lost many years before. Choosing Dr. D for my mommy-makeover is one o the best decisions I’ve add for myself. I can’t thank them or speak more highly of them enough.

I had 36 year old implants replaced as well as a lift. I am very happy with results after one year. Dr. Derrick is great. His staff is also great. Katie is the best patient coordinator I have ever had ever work with.
