Dr. London combined remarkable expertise with genuine kindness, making me feel confident and cared for every step of the way. I asked many questions pre- and post-op and he fully explained them all in an understandable way giving me confidence and minimizing my anxiety. Same comments for all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Methodist McKinney Hospital for a caring experience! Couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Dr. London recognized quickly the seriousness of my umbilical hernia which was compressing on my small intestine and recommended surgery as soon as possible. He explained carefully 2 scenarios the operation might take. I felt very comfortable that his experience would quickly get me on the road to recovery.

I went to the ER and turned out to be apendicitis. Dr. London explained the lap appy procedure before the surgery, responded to my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Surgery went well, and 1 week post surgery appointment was informative and quick.
