First and foremost I will thank Dr. Gusenoff for his excellence! Prior to my initial consultation with him, I saw a plastic surgeon at AHN that couldn’t compare to Dr. Gusenoff at all. While the doctor at AHN appeared unconfident at times during our consult, Dr. Gusenoff displayed a high level of confidence. Additionally, he’s so skilled he quickly envisions the procedure he will be performing like instantly, and his vision is easy to follow! He is absolutely amazing in so many ways! Additionally, all of his staff are super friendly! Shout out to Gina, Tyler, Barb, Rebecca, and I am horrible with names, everyone else. As a patient I had a great experience from the time I entered the office upon leaving! So A+ there also, scheduling was also a breeze! I highly recommend him to anyone, and personally believe he’s the best plastic surgeon in Pittsburgh! The procedure I had was the panniculectomy, my body never looked better. I spent years with an ugly belly, and Dr. Gusenoff put an end to that! I plan to also have a breast procedure with him, as once again, his vision completely aligns with what I want for my breast also! Schedule a consult with him, you definitely won’t regret it!

I had a knee surgery, which went through a very old skin graft below the knee that was not healing well. Dr. Gusenoff Performed a muscle flap and skin graft over the area and as of today, it has completely healed thanking God for him and for the healing. He was wonderful and seemed to take genuine concern. His team and his staff were always available to answer my questions I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only a good doctor but also a genuinely caring human being.

I had abdominal panniculectomy last Monday 6/9/2025 and I am feeling great! I would give Dr Gusenoff and his team 1000 stars if I could. The care I received pre and post op were off the charts!! Couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor and team!! Thank you Dr Gusenoff!!

I was so excited to finally have an opportunity to speak to a plastic surgeon after a weight loss of 70lbs. I plan on losing more, but wanted to speak to a surgeon to discuss the process and what I could do now to prepare for such a drastic life change. I called and left a message for someone to call me back. A staff member called me back and was extremely rude, condescending and negative. If this is what his front of house is like, I can't imagine what the back of house is like. I will find a more positive and uplifting office to work with. I'm so disappointed as he came highly recommended, but he just lost a customer and I most definitely will not be one of his success stories! Doctors need to remember we are paying customers and we can either make their business or break it, so they may want to consider hiring more positive people to work for them!
