I had an exceptionally good experience at the Gola Center. I was very surprised at how kind and informative Dr. Gola was. The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gola seemed to answer every question I had before I asked Them all the employees seem to get along, which made an exceptionally calm atmosphere which I feel is important. I would definitely recommend the Gola Center to anyone considering any procedure.

I went totally clueless. This is all new to me. I did not even realize botox needs a wk to "settle". I originally made an appointment for "filler". I've used straws my entire life and that in turn gave me fine lines around my mouth. It was finally starting to get to me. I never thought I'd ever get "work" done to my face. Mainly bc of how ppl do and then it's a bad experience...then u can't get your old self back normally. I didn't even realize botox wore off. I learned a lot. I ended up getting just 4 unites of botox near my mouth instead of filler. It was a lot less expensive, it was not permanent, & it gradually sets in. It hasn't been a wk yet so I'll see what the end result is soon. Dr Worry is FANTASTIC! So was the young gentleman who was the assistant. It was his second day only working there and he seemed so seasoned! He was so professional and answered or didn't answer all my questions. By not answering I mean if he wasn't sure, he was honest and went &got someone who could answer my question (this was before I met Dr Worry). There was only 1 woman who came across a bit condescending to me. The girl at the desk out front was so friendly& smiley. Dr Worry even though I was his "last patient" as the one lady reminded me of (sorta made me feel rushed and uneasy at first) was so so patient & WONDERFUL. I will definitely be going back I'm 99%sure! Now that I know everything Dr Worry took the time to educate me on...I'm not as scared to maybe get some other things done with botox instead of fillers. He started out small, didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't ask about&I think he knew I was nervous bc it was all new to me. It was still a quick procedure. Even with the questions I had. He is very helpful&great at what he does. Ty you for making me feel more comfortable, and not making me feel uncomfortable, and taking time...yet being quick. I've worked retail for years. I'm finally out of that and work for a Greenhouse. I also rescue wildlife on my off days. I know what good customer service is. I also know how it's difficult to try to deal with new clients. I was a new clueless client and they handled everything great 👍.

I had a great experience with my recent dermatologist consultation. Dr. Worry was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my skin condition clearly. He listened patiently and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend him.

I have also had a bad experience that I submitted a review about and was contacted shortly after by Dr.Golla stating he could help but I would have to pay the cost for the hospital services. When I asked the cost the amount he gave was over 3,000 dollars. I had abdominoplasty. The scar I have is beyond terrible and my belly button is off to the side and not in the middle. It’s more than embarrassing. After having such a big surgery I never would have thought that this would be the outcome of something I intended to improve a part of my body I wasn’t happy with. I don’t agree with having to pay hospital fees when they were already paid in the first procedure. I do not agree that is patient’s responsibility I feel that should be the surgeon responsibility due to him performing the procedure. I paid for all services for the initial procedure and was not planning to have to pay over 3000 dollars In additional fees for a reason not caused by me. Good practice would be the surgeon correcting the issue with no expense to the patient. This is not just a minor issue with healing. Belly placement is terrible due to his work along with the scar being up so high it cannot easily be covered.
