This man will forever be known as a hero in my life story. Breast cancer is terrifying at any age, but I am pretty young for this and honestly - I wanted to look normal under clothes eventually. But everything else was scary to think about and stressful to decide -what was the best course of action? Dr. Egro is one of those rare doctors that connect emotionally. He is warm and caring. I couldn't decide what kind of radical reconstruction I wanted - crying in the office on more than one occasion. He never rushed me, he didn't force me to make a decision (even after three appointments of questions) but he did offer plenty of hugs and thorough answers to all of my thoughts. Finally, I decided on an intense surgery that the irrationally talented Dr. Egro performed successfully. I'm a year and a half out from my initial surgeries, and have been through a scar revision and two fat grafts with him since. It is AMAZING how good my "boobs" look - by the end it won't be unreasonable to think it would be difficult to tell that they're not my natural breasts. How crazy is that?? Other doctors awe at the results, it is truly mind-bending what Dr. Egro was able to create with some inner thigh and grafted fat. Few days go by that I don't look in the mirror and marvel at his work. I am very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Egro, and would recommend him, his talented PAs and office staff to anyone. (Also don't call him Dr. Ergo - he won't correct you because he is a sweetheart but so many people do!)

Had surgery on Dec 1st. I was super scared I had a breast reduction and panis I had to lose weight before even being considered. So it took about a year to lose 80 lbs. then my doctor left the practice. Doctor egro took me on but I didn’t know him. So surgery came and I have horrible anxiety. This man hugged me and truly cared calmed me down and made me feel safe. After surgery he checked on me made sure I looked great. Being swollen I didn’t believe him. But 8 weeks out and I am so grateful for this man for putting up with my anxiety my questions my negative look. He’s truly amazing and a thoughtful caring human. Alexis his right hand girl. Real cared too. Talked to me daily while I was crying or scared told me to come in just to ease my mind. At a drop of a dime she was calling or emailing me. She held my hand all the way. I love that lady. Thank you
