I’ve worked with him since June 2024, he got me through my first pregnancy (glowing) and navigating post partum skin too (still glowing). He is the real deal. He makes you feel so comfortable and changed my skin (acne prone) in a way that no one else ever could. He helps you build a real manageable routine with real results. Update: Updating my previous review after recently undergoing an under-eye fat transfer procedure with Dr. Spalla — and I could not be happier with the experience and results. One thing I especially appreciated was how seriously Dr. Spalla and his team took patient safety. Due to anxiety, my blood pressure was elevated during my initial visits, and rather than pushing forward unsafely, he carefully explained the risks associated with the anesthetic and made the thoughtful recommendation to perform the procedure under sedation so everything could be monitored appropriately. This ended up being absolutely the right decision. Dr. Nguyen was fantastic — kind, calming, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. The surgical nurses, scheduling staff, and entire office team were equally wonderful and made everything feel seamless and well-coordinated. Most importantly, Dr. Spalla’s work speaks for itself. The results from my under-eye fat transfer look natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spalla. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care make it easy to trust him completely. Update to response from owner. My results were not what I expected and I told him so. The sad results lasted LESS THAN 3 MONTHS and that is not what I was told it would last with the DAXXIFY. I'm not sure why you said I was satisfied. No worries, I would not come back. I went to Dr. Spalla for Botox on my forehead and to correct an indentation on the top of my eye brow area. I have never been refused Botox in my life, my mother who was 85 years old had Botox on her forehead and it came out perfect. Well Dr. Spalla REFUSED to do it. I have been to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and cosmetic surgeons. Absolutely no one refused to give me Botox on my whole forehead. Money was not an option. I was desperate to look better. Dr. Spalla who is very pleasant, said he didn't want my eyelids to droop, which never happened with a very experienced plastic surgeon or anyone else. He sold me on DAXXIFY for the frown lines and the indentation of the muscle. It lasted LESS than 3 months and I was told by him it would last much longer than Botox. I will never go back to this plastic surgeon again! What a waste of time and energy. Dr. Spalla, DO NOT RESPOND WITH PICTURES, which I know you love, or my name.
