Such a very professional and amazing place. All the employees are friendly and very knowledgable, and great with the ppl they come in contact with. They made us feel comfortable especially when it came to the surgery. They explain everything from consent forms to the procedure you’re getting. Great place!

The staff are very transparent and professional. I didn’t feel rushed through my processes or procedure. They are open to engaging in lighthearted small talk which is nice for getting to know them, my healthcare providers a bit more. The facility is immaculate, organized, well lit, open (not crowded) and the interior is designed beautifully making me feel that I am getting the best dental surgery procedures possible. Even when there was a discrepancy in information about whether or not I would have to pay out-of-pocket, the staff took the time to personally ensure that the information they were giving me was accurate and complete (I didn’t end up needing to pay anything out-of-pocket thankfully). The surgeon also somehow made me feel very comfortable when he walked into the room. I understood nearly everything, if not everything told to me that was relevant to me and the staff did not make me feel bad or rushed for asking questions. I got 1 wisdom tooth extracted thanks to the staff making me feel comfortable enough to make that executive decision for my own health. I didn’t get my working staff member’s names which is the only thing I regret. 10/10 though. Would recommend.

Overall, my experience at this location was mixed. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. However, my experience during the procedure was extremely disappointing. I came in for the extraction of tooth #2, and it was one of the most distressing medical experiences I have encountered. The doctor lacked empathy and compassion, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. After the appointment, I was so upset that I sat in my car for approximately 20 minutes to compose myself before leaving. Given this experience, I would not choose to return for future procedures.

Music always slaps. Staff are friendly and kind. Oral surgeon is personable, confident, educated, knows what he’s doing and makes you as the patient feel comfortable as well as completely understand the procedural process. The bathroom is well stocked and has a bidet! 10s across the board for everyone. 03/01 update: I was so numb on Thursday I forgot to post this. By 2PM I was in the most intense pain I ever experienced in my life. And I have given birth. More than once. My pharmacy had an issue filling one of the pain medication scripts, so I called the office back after hours and no one called me back. I ended up using ChatGpt to figure out the best pain relief method. I spent the weekend so medicated I missed several important deadlines. The side of my face where I had work done looks like I ALSO got beat up by Tommy “the Hitman” Hearns aka the Motor City Cobra. One of my stitches came out on 02/28. So whoopty do.
