I had surgery with Dr. Lo, and I want to thank both him and the entire staff for their excellent care. Dr. Lo was thorough, clear in his explanations, and highly skilled throughout the process. The staff were organized, supportive, and consistently attentive. Their professionalism made a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication and quality of care.

As someone who experiences anxiety, specially regarding medical procedures, I’ve had trouble trusting physicians in the past, particularly male physicians. I’m very happy to share that Dr. Lo and his team were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable and supported while I was in their care! They listened and eased with my concerns during my consultation, explained my options for each aspect of the procedure, and kept an open dialogue throughout my post-operative care. They discussed options for supportive bras to improve my overall healing process and later scar treatment options (which have resulted in surprisingly fast results). I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure and feel a sense of confidence in myself I never felt before. It’s been about 6 months since my surgery and I feel so grateful to have met and worked with Dr. Lo and his team!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lo and his entire team. From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, which meant a lot since I flew on a plane out of state for the surgery on my own. I had a breast augmentation using the transaxillary (armpit) approach. The procedure lasted about 45 minutes and went very smoothly. The staff even arranged a driver who safely brought me from the surgery center to my hotel. The next day I was able to walk to my follow-up appointment, and by the second day after surgery I was already able to fly back home. The nurses were always responsive and helpful, answering all my questions, and I also had virtual follow-ups with Dr. Lo, which made recovery much easier since I live in another state. Now I’m 2.5 months post-op and I’m extremely happy with the results. Everything healed beautifully and looks very natural. I’m very grateful to Dr. Lo and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation.
