I had lower blepharoplasty surgery (along with the CO₂ laser) with Dr. Burnstine in Pasadena, CA, on December 16, 2025, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience or my results. Before even choosing a surgeon, I spent 4–5 months researching what felt like every top lower bleph doctor in California, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. I read reviews, looked at before-and-after photos, compared techniques, and did my due diligence. After all of that research, I chose Dr. Burnstine, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made. From the very first consultation, Dr. Burnstine was incredibly professional, calm, and thorough. I showed up with three full pages of questions, and he patiently answered every single one. He never rushed me and made sure to ask if I had any other questions before I left (I didn’t—he covered everything). A few days later, I thought of some more questions to ask, so I emailed his office, and they emailed me back with his clear, detailed answers. I was also unsure whether I wanted to do CO₂ laser along with the lower bleph, which led to—you guessed it—more questions. Once again, Dr. Burnstine answered everything calmly, honestly, and with no pressure whatsoever. I never felt pushed toward anything—just informed and supported. The surgery itself went spectacularly. I hardly felt a thing, and Dr. Burnstine talked me through every single step as he performed the procedure, which made me feel completely at ease. That evening, he personally called to check on me, which really says a lot about the kind of doctor he is. During recovery, I stayed in close contact with him, sending daily progress photos so he could monitor how I was healing. His instructions were very clear, I followed them exactly, and I healed very quickly. I also had two follow-up progress visits, both of which were thorough and reassuring. The office is clean, cool, and hip, and the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Burnstine is not only an extremely talented surgeon but also genuinely kind, funny, and caring. He makes you feel comfortable, heard, and reassured every step of the way. I am SO glad I chose Dr. Burnstine, and I absolutely LOVE my results. If you’re even thinking about lower bleph surgery, go see Dr. Burnstine. After months of research across multiple states, I can say with confidence—you will NOT regret it. My eyelid was in hideous condition and I was able to get the best help and care at Eyesthetica! They were able to take care of my complicated chalazion that was bothering me for months. The office was very clean. The staff is very organized and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Burnstine for all your eyelid needs!

The entire staff is incredibly kind and professional. You feel taken care of and get the right reminders via sms and calls. The clinic is also designed really nicely so it feels luxurious to come here.

Dr Burnstine was extremely professional and very caring. I had eye surgery to correct a long time tearing in my right eye as my tear ducts had closed. He called after I got home to check on how I was getting along. It was easy to communicate w him. His office staff was always so nice and very helpful.
