After several failed attempts at other med spas to address forehead wrinkles and 11 lines, Dr. Sam solved the mystery and got the results I wanted. She and her staff truly care about their patients. They were genuinely thrilled for me that the injections were effective. Good injectors and top care are sadly hard to find - I highly recommend Dr. Sam to anyone.

While I have not seen Dr. Sam in person, I did purchase her sunscreen after seeing it featured on MixedMakeup (YT). Once my order arrived it had exploded in the packaging and was chipping from the inside. I had emailed Dr. Sam to which she immediately responded, apologized, and shipped me a second bottle free of charge. I am grateful and impressed by her team and customer service! I absolutely do not recommend this place. They ruined my skin and my face. It wasn’t perfect before, but the way they left me has no name. I’ve been traumatized and suffering for more than six months. The treatment was extremely aggressive and it hurt me not only physically but also emotionally. I’ve had to spend a lot of money on medications and treatments to try to repair the damage they caused. When I contacted them to explain how my skin was, the only thing they offered was to refund the cost of the treatment but only if I signed a confidentiality agreement so I couldn’t talk about it. That made me feel even more insecure and angry, and of course, I refused to sign it. Today, after all this time, I’m still dealing with the consequences. I’m sharing this because I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through. I also hope this review makes them take responsibility and finally return the money I paid. I’ll be posting photos so people can see the damage. They caused me much more acne and as a result I had to take medication for 6 months and I was covered in scars, thank you so much ✔️
