It suits my face so well, and I truly could not imagine a better outcome!! Beyond the cosmetic results, the functional improvement has been life-changing. I finally know what it feels like to get a good night’s sleep. I have more energy during the day, I can focus better, and I rarely get migraines now. I had septoplasty and cosmetic nasal surgery with Dr. Sam Most at Stanford University, and I truly could not be happier with my experience and results. For many years, I struggled with breathing because my left nasal airway was blocked due to an accident and fracture. I avoided surgery for a long time because I was honestly scared of the procedure. However, from my very first consultation, Dr. Most made me feel completely comfortable and confident in moving forward. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what to expect during recovery, and answered all of my questions with care and honesty. His calm and reassuring manner helped ease my fears. The surgery itself went very smoothly, and the recovery process was much easier than I expected. Most importantly, my breathing has improved dramatically — something I had been struggling with for years. The cosmetic results also look natural and balanced, which shows the precision and expertise he brings to his work. Dr. Most’s team was equally impressive — professional, organized, and supportive at every step. The entire experience felt well-managed and thoughtful from beginning to end. I came to Dr. Sam Most in November for my initial consultation for a Rhinoplasty to primarily resolve my bifid/ cleft on my tip, as well as smooth out the small bump on my bridge and overall have more symmetry. The staff were the utmost friendly and welcoming to me, always connecting with me personally and leaving room for questions. Their approach is very thorough, ensuring I understood the process and the expectations of the surgery, results, and aftercare before agreement. I had quite a bit of anxiety beforehand, not due to any lacking on their part, but because this was my first ever real surgical experience. The team really did their part to ensure that I was comforted but also explained realistic expectations throughout. This is true for the office staff as well as the surgical team. Before I knew it my surgery was over and the healing began. I really appreciated how reachable the staff were through the whole time, as they provided several avenues to get in touch with them if I had questions or concerns, even over the weekends. Now that I have just reached the 1-month post op mark, I am healing amazingly and the results greatly exceeded my expectations! I can confidently say I LOVE my nose!!! I will still have follow up appointments up to 1 year post op which is also really appreciated to ensure my healing is on track and to monitor for any concerns going forward. Overall my experience was 10/10 and I certainly recommend Dr. Most and his team, as they are clearly experts in their field and take the utmost consideration for the patients in which they serve. We cannot recommend Dr. Most and his team highly enough. The surgery has been game changing for my daughter - both aesthetically but also health-wise. We are 4 months out - she used to have monthly sinus infections and has not been sick a day since the procedure. In addition to being over the moon about he life changing outcome, we also have so much gratitude for Dr. Most and the staff (love Roushig) for how they took the time to really get to know my daughter from the very first appointment and every one since. I know they literally have thousands of patients but when we showed up, they remembered us as if we were the only one. The entire experience could not have been more positive!
