I was referred to Dr. Talley five years ago by my general surgeon before undergoing a lesion removal and biopsy. Dr. Talley subsequently performed my breast mastopexy and reduction, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The outcome looked very natural and beautifully proportioned to my body frame. Since then, I have continued to see Dr. Talley for smaller cosmetic procedures, and he consistently demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. He is thorough, kind, and compassionate, and he takes the time to truly listen to his patients’ concerns. I greatly appreciate his thoughtful approach and his ability to clearly explain what is necessary—and equally important, what is not. His honesty and integrity are truly refreshing. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Talley at Altos Oaks Plastic Surgery with an augmentation-mastopexy procedure. From the initial consultation to my follow-up care, the entire team provided exceptional support and made me feel comfortable and at ease. During my initial consult, Dr. Talley was patient and provided helpful feedback. He was kind, compassionate, and made me feel very comfortable. It was a 30 minute consultation and I ended up being there for over 1 hour, he never rushed me and answered all of my questions. I had a request to test a mass on my breast which was unexpected and not part of our initial plan. Dr. Talley noticed my concern and did not hesitate in adjusting surgery plan to remove mass and biopsy. He called me while on vacation to tell me the biopsy results that he knew I was anxiously waiting for. Dr. Talley’s skill and expertise are evident in my results; I'm thrilled with the natural look and have received so many compliments. I was very concerned about getting the correct size implant, I wanted very natural looking and proportionate to my body. Dr. Talley met my expectations and beyond! His team at Altos Oaks was friendly and had great communication skills all throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Talley for anyone considering plastic surgery.

Dr. Talley is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is a very sweet and friendly doctor. He takes time to listen to my feelings. He gave me many options to choose for my procedure and made sure I felt comfortable. He answered all of my concerns and questions. He is very knowledgeable. Following head surgery, I went to Dr. Talley for the needed scalp reconstruction, a challenging procedure in my case. Dr. Talley was kind, gentle and easy to talk to. He spent quality time with me before surgery, explaining the options, listening and responding to my concerns, including me in the decision making process. I found his clear explanations of the procedures and his focus on planning very reassuring. Then came the surgery and Dr Talley's exceptional surgical skills are evidenced in the results of his work. Now that my head has healed, no one even notices that I've had surgery. You'd know how truly amazing that is, if you could see my pre and post op pictures. Dr Talley is a remarkable surgeon and human being. His patients are in excellent hands both literally and figuratively.
