I could not be anymore thrilled with my Plastic Surgery results provided by Dr. Beidas and his team at AdventHealth. Dr. Beidas involved me in every decision and explained the results to expect. My lower body lift and Lipedema debulking of my legs turned out far better than I could've imagined. I can not even believe what I see in the mirror now. Upon first meeting Dr Beidas, I was very nervous, thinking he wouldn’t even consider doing excess skin surgery on me because of my age. I was 57 years old, so I was afraid I wouldn’t be a good candidate.Thankfully, that was not the case. I had lost half of me, I originally weighed 250 pounds and was now at 125, yet still felt defeated after all my hard work because of the extra skin. I lost the weight naturally through changing my diet and adding daily exercise, so it took 2 years to take it off. He patiently explained the process to me, answering all my questions. I went ahead with the excess skin surgery around my abdomen and upper arms. A few months later, I went back to him, and had a breast reduction and lift. The whole journey gave me back my confidence which had been gone for years. Here are a few picture below of my process. I just turned 62 a few weeks ago and feel better than I ever have, thanks to Dr Beidas. The first one was the morning before the surgery, Second one was 7 days post op and the last one was from two weeks ago, when we were in St Thomas. He is an amazing surgeon.
