I had a consult for Lazerlift with Trish who explained the details of the procedure and what it could and could not do for my particular facial issues. She also explained the types of anesthesias. I then met with Dr. Bassin who was very personable and professional and answered all my questions regarding the procedure.

Beautiful place did it with no pain meds done 20 minutes. Doctor Bassin is the best staff great.

Dr. Bassin and his staff are caring and professional. Dr. Bassin listened and solved my concerns.

I was very surprised how fast the procedure took. I was not in a lot of pain afterwards. The procedure itself was very uncomfortable. The surgical table was not comfortable at all. No pillows to support my neck. I felt they could if provided a better relaxing environment. The Dr . was not that compassionate to my needs. He seem like he just wanted to get it over with and move on tho next Patient. I had asked him to ease up a few times because I was feeling a lot of pain and that’s when I realized he did not care or take that into consideration.

My husband and I were not informed what to expect after my lazerlift jawline treatment. I was extremely swollen and still have seromas on my right cheek. The dr does not communicate with you at all. Overall I may recover fully hopefully with a good outcome.
