I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Anup Patel. He is truly passionate about delivering exceptional results to his patients. He is attentive, caring, and always follows up personally, which makes you feel valued and supported. Our journey began years ago when I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both my left and right hands. From that moment, a strong foundation of trust was built. Thanks to his expertise, my hands are no longer in pain and are now extremely functional. Today, I underwent a bilateral brachioplasty, and once again, Dr. Patel treated me with respect and clearly explained expectations both before and after surgery. My experience at OHSA with Dr. Anup Patel was excellent. I was injured at work while restraining a patient. I sought a second opinion with Dr. Patel for repairing my torn thumb ligament after some delays in getting treatment at another facility. Dr. Patel took the time to see me and put me at ease with his professionalism and expertise. He answered my questions, demonstrating his knowledge on this type of injury and how best to proceed surgically. He was willing to help me and reassured me during this stressful time. I felt confident under his skilled, expert hands when my surgery was performed on April 8. Dr. Patel even took the time to call and check on me at home after my procedure, which meant a lot. I have been with OHSA since 2011. Their choice of adding Dr. Anup Patel to their staff was brilliant. Dr Patel is all business and wise and efficient when hearing, listening, and caring appropriately to my ailments and then treating them appropriately. He did my carpal tunnel in 2020 which was most successful. I have seen him as needed throughout these years for other minor (not surgical) pains. He has put out my ‘pain fires’ most effectively. Dr Patel is all heart when it comes to living life. He and his wife have adopted 2 extraordinary children recently, one of which has major special needs. The love and care poured into these precious lives causes them a tremendous amount of joy. This practice was recommended to me by an occupational therapist when I needed surgery for a displaced and impacted wrist fracture. I have not been disappointed. I was warned that my outcome might not be perfect because of the nature of my injury - but it is actually better than I expected, and I believe this is due largely to Dr Patel’s skillful work. The surgery staff and clinical team are also wonderful. If you’re wondering where to turn for hands or wrist care, I can highly recommend Dr Patel.

I came to Dr. Patel for implant removal and a breast lift. I was extremely nervous about the procedure due to a history of significant scarring, which was my primary concern. Dr. Patel took the time to address this thoroughly, explaining several methods to minimize scarring as well as options for cosmetic treatment afterward. My implants were 21 years old, and we had multiple detailed discussions about whether I should replace them or remove them altogether. Dr. Patel carefully reviewed every option with me, provided research, and helped guide me toward the best decision for my body type and lifestyle. Ultimately, I chose not to replace the implants and proceed with a lift only. I am beyond happy with the results. The symmetry is nearly perfect, and the lift has restored everything to where it was prior to having three children. I will absolutely continue to see Dr. Patel for any future cosmetic procedures.
