Good experience, busy office but checking in & waiting room went pretty quick. Nursing staff was great and PA also. Dr Hein was really pleasant, easy to talk with and showed concern for my issue. She explained procedure & outcome expected for next visit. I have no apprehension about her surgical procedure.

For the last few years each experience with INTEGRIS seems to be better than the last. And all have been excellent. Dr. Rachel Hein is hardly the exception. She is so intelligent and so personable and her whole crew is too! My recent surgery has had an excellent outcome. I couldn’t hope for more. I’m so grateful to have been referred to her practice.

Dr. Hein is kind and warm. She always listens and explains everything going on well. She is a wonderful surgeon and her staff is friendly and efficient. I have had great experiences with Dr. Hein.

Dr. Hein and her entire staff were absolutely the best. I have seen a couple different hand surgeons before getting referred to Dr. Hein and I was never comfortable with them. Dr. Hein is so personable and intelligent. So happy I found her and her staff!
