⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Masters. My first consultation with him was nearly eight years ago, and what struck me most was how kind and genuine he was. At the time, I had been seeing several specialists for unrelated chronic pain, and the way Dr. Masters treated me stood out immediately. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. It was obvious that he was exceptionally intelligent and highly skilled, but what made him truly special was his empathy. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain every detail thoroughly, and answer all of my questions with patience and honesty. I never felt rushed, dismissed, talked down to, or talked over. He is simply a kind, thoughtful, and honest physician. As a surgeon, his precision and attention to detail are extraordinary. I underwent a lower facelift and neck lift with Dr. Masters and later returned for an upper blepharoplasty. The results of both procedures exceeded my expectations. I look refreshed, natural, and like the best version of myself—not “done” or “worked on.” In fact, people are often surprised when I tell them I’ve had surgery at all. My scars are virtually invisible. My face doesn’t look tight or pulled. Instead, my jawline is beautifully defined, my neck is smooth, and my jowls are gone, all while preserving the features that make me look like me. The results of my upper blepharoplasty are equally beautiful. The change is subtle yet transformative. My eyes look brighter, more open, and more rested. The heaviness that once made me look tired has completely disappeared, and the incision scars on my eyelids have faded to the point that they are impossible to see. Beyond his remarkable surgical talent, Dr. Masters is a genuinely compassionate and professional person. His combination of artistry, precision, integrity, and kindness is rare. Dr. Masters has great bed side manner . He’s at every pre/post appointment and takes pride in what he does . You don’t feel rushed , he answers every question thoroughly and honestly. The cherry on top is his staff , everyone is amazing. You won’t regret trusting him with your care , I’m BEYOND happy with my results.

The entire surgical team, including the RNs and anesthesiologist, were also incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I previously trusted Dr. Masters with an explant and breast lift procedure and returned to him for breast augmentation because of that trust. During my consultation process, we discussed Motiva round implants. I specifically chose Motiva because of its highly cohesive gel design and the goal of minimizing rippling. Several days after surgery, while reviewing my implant device card at home, I discovered that Natrelle Inspira implants had been implanted instead. I immediately contacted Dr. Masters regarding the discrepancy. In subsequent communications, he acknowledged that a different implant brand than originally intended had been used. The most difficult part of this experience was that I discovered the issue myself. I did not learn about it from my surgeon before finding it on my implant card. Because my trust had been affected, I declined the offer to exchange the implants under his care and instead requested a refund of the augmentation portion of my surgery so that I could pursue corrective treatment elsewhere. The proposed agreement included confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions. I declined because I was unwilling to agree to restrictions on my ability to discuss my experience. Unfortunately, my outcome has also been poor. Within months, I developed significant rippling, asymmetry, bottoming out, and implant malposition. After consulting multiple plastic surgeons, I am now scheduled for revision surgery with another surgeon that will require implant exchange, pocket repair, and another lift at a cost of approximately $20,000. I recognize that every patient must make their own decision. I am sharing my experience because I believe prospective patients should know that the implant I selected and expected to receive was not the implant that was ultimately placed, and that I am now undergoing major revision surgery to correct the result.
