Dr. Tu is an amazing surgeon with excellent bedside manner. From the initial consultation, to pre-op, to day of surgery, and all follow-up appointments after, he was AWESOME. I had a unique complication (unrelated to any of his work) and upon calling the office with my concerns, Mrs. Lynnette handled it with the utmost professionalism. They had me admitted to the hospital within 2 hours and back in the OR the next morning. I cannot thank Mrs. Lynnette and Dr. Tu enough for changing my life!

From June 2019 - December 2019 I was planning my breast reduction here. My experience was pleasant. Dr. Tu is very professional and seems as though I could trust him. And the staff were professional as well. I’m only writing this review because of all the bad reviews about Lynette. Lynette was professional with me. I could have very well made her spaz (as the things she is being accused of) but she never showed anything but professionalism. It had to be frustrating with me calling her all the time getting my referrals, paperwork & trying to schedule then have to cancel everything abruptly. I got pregnant & couldn’t go through with the surgery. Sarcastically speak, Dr. Tu gave me the motivation to get in the best shape in my life to prepare for my new bawdy & now I have a baby !! Lol Will be going back once the milk dries up!

My wife recently went to see Dr Tu and was initially very pleased. He was going to do a surgery to help with an ongoing issue she's been dealing for over a year. The scheduling was great and we had a surgery date about a week after the initial consultation. They even prescribed medicine to help her with the issue until she got to surgery. Then it all went to hell in a handbasket. 3 days prior to the scheduled surgery, after I had taken a couple days off to be with my wife and care for her after the surgery was complete, we get a call telling her he wants her to go to pain management. Pain management definitely has its benefits but we wanted to treat the problem instead of making the symptoms. When we tried to call back the once pleasant office staff turned into a bunch of hateful uncaring and just plain rude people, especially Lynette. It seems some people working the front desk at a Dr's office view themselves as gatekeepers that nobody will get past. Our experience with Dr Tu face to face was fantastic, but the way we were treated afterwards is the reason for the bad rating. If there was a zero star rating I would chosen it. Hopefully enough people who have had issues with Lynette's attitude will speak up and things will change at this office.

Dr. Tu is absolutely wonderful and extremely nice. His office manager/receptionist (Lynette) is awful, very rude, cold hearted, argumentive and unprofessional. It is sad that such a great doctor has an awful dtaff that is the face of the office. With treatment like that it makes it difficult to want to make the 1.5 hour drive to return. Can't even get her a post op appointment because Lynette doesn't care.

Dr. Tu was very patient and understanding with us. He answered every question we had. The lady who works the front desk, I'm guessing is Lynette, was the worst experience we've ever had with a front desk receptionist and made us decide to never come back to Dr. Tu's office. She was extremely rude on the phone, and even laughed at us when I said that I would be accompanying my dad to translate, unless they had anyone on staff that spoke Spanish. After making a copy of the list of medications, she THREW them back to us through the front window. When we were leaving, we accidentally came back through the front office, where she raised her voice at us, saying "You can't leave through here!" and treated us like children and was super rude when she let us back through so that we could leave. If I behaved like this in my job, I would have been written up and let go a long time ago. Actually, if ANYONE behaved like this in ANY job, especially with all the complaints, there would be disciplinary action. Reading other reviews, and seeing how far back those reviews go regarding Lynette, it's clear that she's been this way to patients for a very long time and nothing seems to have been done about it. I will be calling Dr. Tu to complain about her, but it doesn't seem like anything will change. Zero stars just because of Lynette.
