We had a fantastic experience with Dr El Amm & his team! It's excruciating placing your infant on a hospital bed that's being rolled away from you but Dr El Amm made us feel more comfortable & confident about the entire thing! He was also very encouraging at follow-up appointments!

The doctor was great, did a fairly decent job. His secretary though? Rude, unprofessional (more preoccupied with her nails and fake eye lashes than she is about a patient, the poorest customer service skills I have seen outside of McDonald's), acts as though the patients needs do not matter to her at all...she needs to find a job that doesn't require working with customers...

I had a procedure done by Dr El Amm. He used an outdated technique on a procedure he had never done. I had no clue he had never performed the procedure before. I got a severe hematoma. He showed up to the hospital that same night emergent, VERY DELAYED. By the time he got there, there was so much damage. I’ve had to another surgical procedure to correct the issue, however, I’ll still need an additional procedure, along with outstanding medical bills that I had to pay! This guy was a huge mistake. He should have never accepted the procedure. He should also admit that he shouldn’t have, and paid my medical bills as well as cost for additional procedures to correct his work.

First off let me tell you that I've only met this surgeon once. He called my wife and I on the phone at home while battling covid to tell us that our four month old infant daughter needed Jaw distraction surgery and that it was medically necessary for her to breathe properly. We agreed over the phone and after the surgery and then she was septic ten days post surgery. Septic and pulmonary hypertensive. She never left the NICU and the PICU due to complications. Mila lived 352 days of her life in that hospital. OU Children's but never was able to come home. The worst experience of our lives. RIP Mila Magdalene Owen. You were so loved and will be forever missed and I'm so sorry you had the worst medical care you could have possibly received. 💔

I regretfully share my husband negative experience with Dr. El Amm. Our family trusted Dr. El Amm to perform necessary procedures, but our trust was sadly misplaced. Dr. El Amm demonstrated a lack of expertise and care, leading to distressing outcomes. Dr. El Amm appeared unprepared and inexperienced. Post-surgery, the results were far from satisfactory, indicating a serious gap in skill and knowledge. The procedures not only failed to address the issues but also caused additional complications. The surgeries have left them with physical and emotional scars, and it is heartbreaking to see them suffer due to a lack of proper medical care. My husband who had surgery 16 years ago, is still traumatized and suffering from the impact on their image that he caused. I strongly advise against seeking medical services from Dr. El Amm. Our experience has been profoundly negative, and no family should have to endure the distress and trauma we have faced. It's crucial to find a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated surgeon who prioritizes patient well-being above all else.
