I received punctual, professional and caring service starting with the receptionist, then to Isabelle, the assistant, and then to Bailey the expert. Bailey explained what ointments I had to use. My appointment with Bailey did not take long. I was seen and my appointment lasted for less than an hour. Thank you Isabelle and Bailey for making my appointment experience helpful, outstanding and very worthwhile.

I saw Bailey Ellington last week for my annual skin check. It was my first visit to Derick Dermatology. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was informed immediately that Bailey was running a bit behind schedule. She was well worth the wait. She addressed my issues and made me feel very at ease with the treatment plan.

Great experience with great staff at the oakbrook location every time I go. Dr. LaReau and Isabella were great, very personable, and overall had a great experience with almost no wait time. Never had an issue and enjoy coming to my appointments, 10/10 recommended to come here!

The place is very convenient and the in house pharmacy is very nice but honestly I came here a year ago and it worked, that’s why I came back and the past two appointments there have been major issues. The first issue was for them cancelling my appointment without a call or email because I was unaware of a balance on my account which was a mistake on their end because I had paid that balance. Then being so off schedule that they are almost 40-50minutes late for a 5 minute appointment. Unfortunately this is the standard now so it’s not like this review will make a difference but just unfortunate for all people hoping to have good service.
