I'm a 61 year old female who lost 100 lbs., had 4 babies - 3 of them by c-section, and had quite a bit of hanging skin and droopy breasts. I traveled from Florida to California to find Dr Agha. One of the initial reasons I chose him was his fabulous social media presence. He literally shows hundreds of before/after photos and videos including from the operating room. It lets you know the depth and breath of his experience. he is well educated and well-trained. He is at the point in his career where he is the one inventing and perfecting the procedures. He is a marvelous teacher, often including all members of his staff when there is something new or particularly interesting going on in the office. I had a breast augmentation with implants and a tummy tuck including a hernia repair. Unfortunately, my case did not go as planned. I was doing very well until I got an infection. This broke down a lot of tissue and damaged much of Dr. Agha's good work. I mention this because I want every potential patient to know how well they took care of me. They saw me everyday and I do mean everyday. They even opened up the offices on Saturday and Sunday just to see me. Dr. Agha listened to my concerns and very closely monitored my progress. He was aggressive in taking action to ensure that I had the best possible outcome. I really was a problem child for them and even ended up hospitalized for a completely unrelated issue during my recovery. They really spent an extraordinary amount of time with me. Most doctors would just want you out of their hair because of all the issues but Dr Agha and his staff were just amazing, caring and dedicated to my best outcome. Even with all the problems I had, I still have a pretty good outcome. It's not perfect, but all the loose skin is gone, my stomach muscles are tight and flat and my breasts are full and in the correct place. I still have some healing to do but I expect my results to continue to get better. I want to thank the whole staff and let them know how much they are appreciated.

I visited Dr. Agha in March 2025, after a throughout research on the internet. In November 2023, I had a terrible mini brachioplasty surgery in Europe. My surgery was for aesthetic reasons after the loss of weight in the past, and it was extremely important to me due to the fact that I am an artist. The result was very bad aesthetically and it created a mobility and functional issue in my left hand. My hand was not functional anymore, I could not lift it up because a lot of skin was removed but not correctly. Psychological I was really bad, I could not work easily, I could not wear clothes that I had to wear because of my work, it also affected my personal relationships because I felt bad. I decided to visit Dr. Agha for a consultation. After my consultation with him, I felt sure that I found a plastic surgeon that I can trust. He explained in detail what he will do, and without a second thought I had a brachioplasty surgrery by him in April 2025. Now after almost a month and a half, I am very happy with my results even though I am still recovering. Dr. Agha managed to reconstruct the damage areas and to restore the mobility damage and function of my hand. I will keep visiting Dr. Agha and his amazing crew in his office, for couple of therapies that will help with my results more. Dr. Agha and all of his staff made me feel calm, I have a lot of support during all this procedure. I would definitely suggest Dr. Agha.

Dr Agha is a true artist and a doctor who makes you feel comfortable in his presence. Unfortunately I was not able to do my surgery at the time with him due to medical reasons. But I'm definitely looking forward to the day when Dr. Agha can work his magic on me as well. The fact that he shares all of his daily procedures on Instagram shows the excellent consistency in his work. Some doctors only show periodic procedures that had good results. But consistency is what makes a great surgeon stand out from the rest.

I had weight loss surgery in Sept of 2011. I lost over 90lbs, and my body no matter how hard I worked out did not bounce back. I needed a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. I wanted someone who specialized in extreme weight loss and someone who knew how to move my lap band port with expertise. I saw a surgeon in Beverly Hills, CA and was not a fan, I felt like I was just dollars signs and he was just agreeing with everything I asked for. I left upset and my husband did not agree with him either. We had an appointment with Dr. Agha the next day and I had to drag my husband because he thought it was going to be the same experience. NOT AT ALL! Dr. Agha staff is wonderful! I went for my first consultation and Dr. Agha had another woman in the room which made things more comfortable for a first time visit. He went over everything I wanted and didn’t just agree to everything I was saying. If he thought there was a better way of going about a procedure he voiced it. He came from a place of much knowledge and explanation of why he wanted to do things a certain way. This was very comforting. Not only was I at ease but my husband was too. I knew after that consultation that Dr. Agha was my surgeon. Best part was his prices are comparable to most. In December 2013 I had a tummy tuck, lipo, and breast augmentation. I was an outpatient and drove home 3 hours same day of surgery. Dr. Agha called me later that evening to check up on me. I saw Dr. Agha several times the first 8 weeks and he and his staff were great. I felt like there were no dumb questions and I went with a list most visits and Dr. Agha took his time and answered all questions I and my husband had. My results could not be more perfect!! Well worth the 6 hours of driving there and back. He is truly the best!

I cannot express how much I regret choosing Dr. Agha for my surgery. I underwent a thigh lift and upper body lift, paying an outrageous $75,000—more than three times what other surgeons charge. I was lured in by what seemed to be perfect results in his portfolio, and despite the financial burden, I spent my entire life savings, trusting him to deliver quality work. Two years later, I am left with legs that are completely ruined. My calves—completely normal before—are now more than double their original size. They are swollen beyond recognition, grotesque, and horrifying. I was told that swelling would subside within 6-12 months, but here I am, over two years later, with misshapen, disproportionate legs that I am embarrassed to show in public. Instead of being left with excess skin, I now have deformed lower legs that look like a botched surgery gone terribly wrong. When I returned to his office seeking answers and help, I was treated with shocking indifference. His staff showed absolutely no empathy and had the nerve to tell me that this was just a “risk of surgery” and that they would do nothing to help. There was zero accountability. Instead, they referred me to an acupuncturist, who confirmed that the surgery likely caused a blockage of the lymph node behind my knee. Yet despite this, Dr. Agha and his team took no responsibility and offered no assistance—financial or otherwise—to fix the damage. I paid a premium for what was supposed to be some of the best work in the industry, and I’ve been left with disastrous, permanent results. My calves are a constant reminder of the horrific job that was done, and Dr. Agha’s office completely washed their hands of any responsibility. They do not care about the outcome, they do not stand behind their work, and they do not care about their patients. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the heartache, the money, and the pain of a botched surgery. Dr. Agha’s prices are obscene, his results are appalling, and his staff is cold and completely non-empathetic. My legs—and my life—have been forever changed for the worse because of this surgery. I’ve included pictures of one month before and now 2 years after. I waited 2 years giving the results the benefit of time and there’s been no improvement since the day after surgery.
