I cannot say enough amazing things about Newport Cove Dermatology and PA Ali Grean. From start to finish, my experience was truly exceptional. I came in for the BBL treatment as well as help with my acne and Ali was absolutely incredible. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and was so knowledgeable, warm, and attentive throughout the entire process. I felt genuinely cared for - not rushed, not upsold, just thoughtfully treated. Also, the office is BEAUTIFUL!!! Hands down one of the best skincare experiences I’ve ever had -I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend!!!!

So grateful for Dr. Xiao and the team at Newport Cove I’ve been a patient at Newport Cove for nearly 4 years now, and they’ve been wonderful. Dr. Anny Xiao is absolutely amazing. She’s consistently kind, informative, and has excellent bedside manner. She truly listens to your concerns and is never pushy about procedures or units of Botox. I trust her opinion and judgment completely. I first came to Newport Cove during my alopecia recovery. I had changed insurance and needed a new dermatologist to prescribe the JAK inhibitor that helped reverse my alopecia. They handled the blood work quickly and successfully got my insurance on board for coverage. When my insurance stopped covering one brand of JAK inhibitor and there was a gap before they would cover a new one, Dr. Xiao provided me with a 3-month sample supply to bridge the gap. I’m incredibly grateful to her and her team for that. She’s also helped me get a bothersome skin tag removed and prescribed a lightening cream for a scar from a razor cut. Most recently, she performed masseter Botox and Nefertiti lift Botox for me, and the results are fantastic. Overall, Dr. Xiao is an outstanding dermatologist, and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Xiao did a fantastic job. I recently had both a Moxi and BBL facial procedure done and, as someone who asks a lot of questions and tends to research everything to death beforehand, I felt incredibly comfortable from the first consultation. She didn’t just tell me what to do — she explained the why behind every step, walked through realistic expectations, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin rather than pushing a standard package. During the procedure she was calm, precise, and constantly checked in on my comfort level (which matters a lot when lasers are involved). The entire team made the experience feel more like being taken care of than being “treated.” The results have been amazing — brighter skin, smoother texture, and that subtle refreshed look where people say “you look good” but can’t figure out why. No aggressive upselling, no gimmicks, just thoughtful medical care and great aesthetic judgment. What stood out most is that she clearly cares about long-term skin health, not quick cosmetic fixes. I left with a plan, not a sales pitch. I won’t trust my face to anyone else now.

Dr. Anny and her team are amazing. I decided to make a switch after multiple bad experiences at med spas and was really looking for someone more knowledgeable with strong credentials. Dr. Anny and team absolutely have that. She made me feel safe, listened to my concerns, and delivered beautiful results with EZ Gel. I’ll definitely be seeing her for everything moving forward.
