Dr. George Brennan - Cosmetic Surgeon Newport Beach

If I had to rate Dr. George Brennan with the metrics of stars... I would give him an infinite number. I flew all the way from NC to Newport Beach, CA to see whom I consider to be the most talented and skillful cosmetic surgeon available anywhere. I recently had 3 procedures with amazing results; Facelift, necklift and breast lift surgery. I also had 2 procedures with Dr. Brennan years ago with the same amazing results. Dr. Brennan is a brilliant cosmetic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He listens intently to his patients and is very warm and compassionate. His follow up after surgery is simply amazing. My surgeries were two weeks ago and he is still checking on me. Jeannette his assistant was wonderful to work with as well as his surgical team. Dr. Brennan is simply the best …bar none. Aleta

I went to Dr Brennan 36 years ago for a nose job which he did a good job so I went back to see him in 2025. He recommended a lower face and neck lift with eye lift. Biggest mistake of my life. I am in horrific pain. I’ve been in and out of the hospital with infection and he will not even return a call. He kept forgetting to remove stitches and staples. I feel like I am being strangled. Only to find out he’s had his license suspended, lawsuits and filed bankrupt last year. Please stay away. I wish I would have known! And Jeannette is completely dishonest!
