I Excellent service!! I had a small cosmetic procedure on my ear lobes. Never having any procedures done in the past, I was very nervous. From the beginning to the end Town plastic Surgery made me feel safe and at at ease. They are very attentive and make sure their patients feel comfortable and well informed about their procedure. I am very satisfied with the outcome and look forward to using their services in the future.

Amazing experience from start to finish from the moment you walk in you feel welcome and care for the doctors Julie exceptional professional knowledgeable patient and takes his time to explain everything clearly which brings so much peace and confidence. The staff is just as wonderful, friendly attentive and always willing to help you can tell they generally care about the patients and work as a team Especially Liaa she went above and beyond with me. I'm beyond grateful for the care I receive and I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I can't believe I did not write this sooner. I was walking by the office and realized I never expressed how happy I was with my results. From the initial visit, down to minimal non emergency complications (rash), Dr. Ratner and the Town Plastic team were beyond amazing. Within minutes of my consultation, I knew Dr. Ratner was THE one. In my experience, other consults I did not leave feeling comfortable, nor educated in this big decision that I would be having to live with. I had a vision for myself and it was important for me to understand how to achieve it in a safe way. This is not Miami! If you want to walk out with 400cc and look disproportioned, this is not the place for you. Dr. Ratner and his team take into account your body composition, and your anatomy to ensure your vision becomes a reality. I cannot them him and the entire Town team enough. They were so kind in the early morning of my surgery it brought me to tears. I had a small rash that was a result of detergent; and for some reason amplified after the surgery, likely due to the pain killers who knows!! Dr. Ratner called me within seconds and got me a Rx. Really unheard attention to detail. Do not think TWICE! Send the check and lay on the surgical table. You'll thank me later.

It was a pleasure working with the entire staff at Town Plastic Surgery. The surgeons, the p.a., the nurses, the anesthesiologists and the rest of the medical staff were courteous, professional, friendly, and considerate. Everyone took time to explain the procedure and treatments. The staff contacted me after every visit. Everyone showed concern and patience . It was like dealing with family. The facility was kept spotless and sanitary. I would highly recommend Town Plastic Surgery .
