Had an incredible experience! Ms. Dhanjal was so warm and knowledgeable about all my questions. A very welcoming environment where I felt reassured and was provided proper treatment that I’ve already seen a huge difference with. Highly recommend her!!

Dr. Dowling was incredibly thorough and kind. I’ve been searching for a dermatologist who is both honest and genuinely caring, and she exceeded my expectations. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and never pushed anything on me, which I really appreciated. I’m so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be recommending her to friends and family.

Excellent experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and answer all our questions. She made my son feel very comfortable. I’ll be bringing my daughter and will continue seeing her as well. Highly recommend!

Great doctors, great staff! No long waits, someone is always available to see you within a few days at the most, sometimes same day. And I love being in the Village! I’ve even gone to Brooklyn office if the doctor I need is there and I don’t want to wait. Infinitely better than going to one of the big NYC hospitals. SINY has a human answering the phone and the human is in the office!! Amazing!

Had a couple appointments with Dr. Brancaccio - very strange. I’ve been to different dermatologists not just in New York but in other major cities like Seattle and Austin. I’ve never been told repeatedly that there is no solution because of the darkness of my skin. It’s one thing to acknowledge that darker skin pigments more or that it may need a different course of treatment but Dr. Brancaccio repeatedly drew attention to the color of my skin as the reason he’s not able to recommend a solution. At one point he compared my skin to how fair his resident’s was and said fair skin is better at healing, can be treated more easily. I pushed through this - I don’t care what he thinks about my skin color, I just needed a recommendation about next steps to address my problem - I asked him what he can do and he kept saying there isn’t much that can be done. Luckily my insurance went back in network with Mt. Sinai so I went back to Dr. Jordan Talia at the Skin of Color Center there and he quickly found the right course of treatment for me - if you have melanin rich skin, I recommend not seeing Dr. Brancaccio and instead going to Dr. Talia or another Skin of Color specialist. It’s genuinely mind boggling a doctor in this day and age is this ill equipped and insensitive treating skin of color. Perhaps there is less incentive to help us because we won’t need annual check ups for skin cancer! Good luck out there in the sun 😊
