I had a great experience at Dr Melancon’s office. Her staff was very welcoming. The space was peaceful and beautifully designed. It was my first time getting Botox and I was definitely nervous. She did a great job of calming my nerves and thoroughly explaining the process. She used a numbing agent before giving me Botox which helped lessen the pain. I also loved that she had sparking water & an espresso bar. I would definitely recommend her!

I had an excellent experience at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery. I had botox and the entire experience from pre-registering online, to arrival in the beautiful facility was very personalized. Dr Melacon came into the examination room and had a long discussion with me about my likes and dislikes to be sure that she was giving me the best esthetic results. All the while her assistant was using numbing cream on my face to make it a more comfortable feeling. The botox process was painless and super quick. Afterwards, they gave me ice packs to ease any additional discomfort, of which I had none. Overall, it was a very positive and boutique experience. I would highly recommend trusting Dr. Melancon with your facial needs and I will be back in 6 months for sure!

I ultimately underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift with SMG removal and fat grafting, quad blepharoplasty and CO2 laser treatment in Feb 2026 and it was absolutely the right decision. My aftercare continues and Dr Melancon’s dedication to ensuring the most optimal healing is evident with her continuous and meticulous watchful attention to detail. She has me visit twice weekly for lymphatic massage under the truly magical hands of aesthetician Sophie and also had her microneedle my incisions a few times, to stimulate collagen and minimize scarring. My results are already beyond what I hoped for–natural, refreshed and truly life-changing. What sets this practice apart is not only Dr Melancon’s exceptional skill, but her ability to build and maintain a team that reflects the same level of excellence. Every single staff member is professional, compassionate and deeply invested in my experience. I have never felt rushed or dismissed.
