I recently had Migraine Surgery with Dr. Assi and have experienced nothing but the best care from day one. All explanations have been clear and everything done in a timely manner. The day of my procedure, my mom was constantly kept up to date with notifications on my condition and was briefed by Dr. Assi himself upon surgery completion. I'm proud to say that nearly seven weeks post-op that I've gone from migraines 24/7 to nothing! I live a completely normal life and that is something I could never thank this clinic enough for. Do yourself a favor and explore this avenue!!

​Outstanding administrative and billing issues are overshadowing a great surgical experience. ​Two weeks ago, my $10,000 out-of-pocket payment for my surgery was processed and cleared my bank (Alexia took the payment over the phone). Since then, I have been inexplicably and repeatedly billed for this $10,000 amount. ​The billing department's lack of action has been profoundly disappointing. Despite several calls and promises of a call back, receipts, and a corrected statement, I've received nothing. To make matters worse, the "itemized statement" I finally requested was for a completely incorrect amount of $30,000. ​I meet with Dr. Kassis for my follow-up tomorrow. It is regrettable that I must use this appointment to resolve a clear administrative failure, but it appears to be the only path forward. ​I look forward to correcting this review once the financial error is fixed. Dr. Kassis's surgical skill deserves 10 stars!

They almost killed me let me sit in the ER for nine hours without checking me out tried to kick me out cause I kept falling done in the ER finally my boyfriend came down and demanded they do MRI I had 3 brain aneurysms one had already ruptured in the ER reason I couldn’t stand!! Had to have surgery’s in ICU 3 weeks!! Looking for a good lawyer cause this is not over !!

I had a breast reduction last year with Dr Summitt and was left botched. I wanted a revision but all he wanted to do was charge me for fat transfer which was not a guarantee fix. Then Vanderbilt quit taking my insurance. I even talked to the head people about how unhappy I was and how something should be done. They should have offered a revision after the awful job that was done.

Horrific experience! Went to get 35 year old ruptured breast implants replaced due to medical concerns. During replacement I ended up with augmentation when I wanted smaller implants. Also ended up with one breast much higher than the other even though my breasts were perfectly symmetrical before surgery. Furthermore, the nerves in my left arm were damaged. It took months to regain range of arm movement & I suffered from continuous nerve pain. This week, 10 months after original surgery I went for a surgical revision & the cosmetic results are worse than before. It’s horrific & frightening! Both surgeries were performed by Dr. Vucovich who is supposed to be one of Vandy’s top cosmetic breast surgeon but failed twice in my case.
