Trim and Tone Med Spa in Naples gave me an IPL laser facial treatment that really stood out, and it all came down to how calm and steady Shelley made the whole thing feel. She greeted me like she’d known me for years, and right away I could tell she carried a ton of real experience without making it a big deal. During the treatment she kept checking on me, talking in this easygoing way that honestly took any nerves off my mind. You can tell she knows her equipment well and has been doing this work for a long time. I liked how she explained what she was doing without making it complicated. What stood out most is how hands on she is with her med spa. You can feel her care in the little things, and it made the whole visit feel personal. I walked out feeling confident and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back for more treatments soon.

I have been getting Cryoskin treatments from Shelle for over a month now and I am very pleased with the results. Shelle, the owner, is pleasant and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explains the different services that she offers. Her husband, John, works the reception desk and is very pleasant as well. I am also getting the GLP1 injections each week and got the hormone pellets last week from Kristin, the NP that comes there.

The owner is very nice and friendly. However, the cryoskin treatment did not work for me. I spent over a $1000 and didn't see any improvements after 5 treatments. I was really disappointed. I would recommend individuals to do your research first and do not pay in advance. See if you are satisfied with the results first. I literally wasted my money. It seems as if I just had a handheld applicator running over my stomach and doing nothing. Wast of time & money. Best advice is to work out and the fat the natural way.
