If your looking to treat stretch marks, scares and anti-aging then go to Swan Centers. I have done a few Platelet Rich Plasma=PRP treatments and my skin looks amazing. Everyone always tells me how good my skin looks. I also use there serums and creams to maintain my skin at home in between treatments. I have also done 4 treatments for stretch marks with there micro needling service. They explained it would take time for results but its been over 6 months since my last treatment and NO stretch marks. They are completely gone! They explain everything to you so your not wondering what they are doing and so you know what to expect and for how long to expect it. The staff is friendly and I loved my results .

A very pleasant experience. The doctors and staff are professional and knowledgeable. My lipo procedure was a great success, I am very pleased and excited with the results. I have had other procedures with excellent results as well. I highly recommend Swan Centers.

I was at the Naples office and was not impressed at all. I wasted 5 hrs in 2 days with driving and appointments. the man that runs that place was unprofessional and quoted $5800.00 for a breast lift and implant. I then had to come back to see the doctor. After the doctor the price was $8300.00. There was nothing that would have changed the price since I did not have anything complicated. His reply was the was "that was just for a implant exchange." I was shocked when I specifically wanted a breast lift. I even contemplated keeping my implant so that was a stupid statement. The bait and switch is inappropriate for something this serious. I felt like I was at a car dealership. He doesn't even have a printouts. He just writes a bunch of numbers down, tells you what a great deal he's giving you. It was pretty unbelievable. I do not know why I went back for the second visit. I was so excited about the price and the 0% financing. Just wished someone warned me before I wasted my time.

On March 11,2016, I had the stem cell needling done on my face and neck. I broke out with red spots all along my jaw line and cheeks after my 5th stem cell needling procedure. I called and spoke to Mike first to complain and ask for a refund for that procedure and the future prepaid date that I wanted to cancel. I also sent pictures of my face with the bumps that showed up only where the procedure was done. He told me it wasn't anything they did it must be something I did to myself. No apology, just insistence that it wasn't their fault. Next day Nick calls me and said he knows that Mike gets a little hot headed and would like to hear what I had to say. I got the same run around from him to. This is a terrible attitude to take against a very good customer. I said please just refund the $700 dollars I paid in cash for the two procedures, he told he would refund the$350 for the date I paid for in advance but not for what was done already. I told him that was unacceptable. He said he would be in touch. He called me back a half hour later and said he spoke to the owners and I could get my full refund if I come in and sign a paper. I told him I was not coming in to sign anything and he should just send me my refund and if he wanted to send something for me to sign I would gladly send it back. It's been over a week and I have not received anything from Swan age Reversal Center.

DO NO WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! I wish i could give them a 0 star!! These people are all about money, especially the owner Mike, the first time i went in there for a consultation in their Fort Myers office they had me in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, i had a bad feeling since it was the first time i was there, it was a bad impression but i tried to stay positive because i really wanted to get a procedure done. Even the other lady that was sitting next to me got up and said she would never be back, i should have done the same. When they finally called me in i was expecting to meet the Doctor, but no, the only person that was there is the owner Mike, i asked him if he was a plastic surgeon and he said "No, im a businessman". I thought that was odd because he examined by body and he told me what i needed to get done, he diagnosed even though he's not a doctor, he wrote down the pricing on a piece of paper (no print out) and said there was no interest for 2 years financing plan, i couldnt believe it but since i was so exited, didnt think anything of it. He even pushed me to set up a date for the procedure and i told him i wasnt sure of the date plus i needed to find a driver first. He got me on the schedule for the surgery and i told him i would give him a call for the exact date, at that point i wasnt feeling comfortable because he kept pushing it. His receptionist had me fill out a bunch of paperwork which i signed in a hurry because i had to go back to work. THEY NEVER MENTIONED THERE WAS A GRACE PERIOD OF 3 DAYS TO CANCEL THE PROCEDURE. They ran my credit and got me financing and charged $500 deposit to the financing company without my knowledge. I later asked them to email me a copy of the financing plan but it never happened, they had me drive to Naples and i still didnt get a copy because they disnt have one, they gave me totally different price when i got there, so I called Mike 4 days later and asked him to refund the $500 to the financing company because i did not want to get the procedure done anymore, thats when i found out about the 3 day grace period. He said he would not be refunding anything and told me to go ahead and dispute it if i wanted to and then hung up on me. Please save yourself a headache going to these unprofessional people that just want to rip everyone off.
